The Gorilla trekking Uganda in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest taking you to the heart of the country of gorillas living in their natural habitat in the Bwindi National Park. Bwindi Impenetrable National Park is located in South-Western Uganda by the edge of the Rift Valley. Its own mist-covered hillsides are overlayed by one of Uganda's oldest and most biologically diverse jungles, which goes back more than 25000 years and contains almost 400 varieties of plants.
The famous Impenetrable Forest in addition protects an approximated number of 400 mountain gorillas. This is around fifty percent of the world's gorillas population, consisting of many habituated groups, which are able to be monitored. This naturally diversified region also provides sanctuary to a further 120 mammals, including several primate types such as baboons and chimpanzees, as well as elephants and antelopes. There are around 350 species of birds hosted in this specific woodland, having 23 Albertine Rift endemic species.

Itinerary of the Gorilla trekking Uganda in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest: BEFORE the Tour: - We meet you in the Entebbe International Airport and transfer you to your hotel in Kampala or in Entebbe, previously booked by you to relax after the flight - you will be picked up then for the tour from your Hotel on the booked tour date. DAY 1: - You will be picked from the Hotel by our chauffeur after you have already enjoyed your morning meal. - You will take a trip to Masaka where you will stand on the Equator to get some unforgettable photos and eat some snacks. - You will then carry on your journey and go to the Igongo ethnic village to see the Ankole museum in Mbarara. - You will then have lunch break at Agip Motel and later on head to Bwindi. - You will check in at your hotel/ lodge, have a supper and also take time out to energise with regard to the following day's gorilla trekking. DAY 2 - Soon after you end up your early meal, you will be picked by our driver at about 6:30 AM. - You will then start the gorilla trekking. - A porter will be availed to you to carry your luggage in the case that you want so. REMEMBER! You have to be physically fit and more than 15 years old to go for gorilla trekking. - It can require you even 6 hours to see the gorillas. If you are lucky, you can see them as soon as you enter the forest. - Anytime you see the gorillas, please keep a range of 7 metres. - Travelers are allowed only one hour together with the gorillas. In essence, its one hour per gorilla group per day. DAY 3 - After your early meal, you will be travelled to Kampala or to Entebbe for your onward flight journey home using the same way you used when you came allowing you to enjoy that country side air one more time. PLEASE, REMEMBER: - A highest number of 8 persons may head to a gorilla family per day to reduce behavioural disruptions to the gorillas. - Wash your hands before you lead out to the gorillas. - Don't leave rubbish in the park. - You will be taken to where the guides left the gorillas the day before. From there, you will follow the gorilla's trail to discover them. - When you come close to the gorillas, the guides will notify you when to get out your cameras. - Always always keep your voices low.
