Snorkeling Tenerife Tour - you swim and snorkeling in Tenerife South from the boat by Palm Mar Wall or El Puertito with good chances to see sea turtles while you snorkeling and sometimes even dolphins and get to know these amazing animals in their natural environment!
The calm waters in the south of the island provide excellent conditions for a great snorkeling experience. There are a couple of bays that are permanently inhabited by the turtles, so there is a very good chances to swim up close with these beautiful animals, although, to be honest, we cannot give you a warranty you will meet them - this is the nature. Sometimes you can also see a wide variety of subtropical fish and occasionally manta rays or even dolphins.
We do the Snorkeling Tour in Tenerife combining it with the Diving Tour Tenerife - that means part of people on the boat are snorkelling and the other part are diving. This is much better than the snorkelling tour providers that just take you to a beach and give a mask. All the equipment is provided and included in the price. Transport to and from your hotel from Los Cristianos, Las Americas, Costa Adeje, La Caleta and accident insurance is also included.
You firstly come to our office at the marina where you will get instructions how to behave in the water and choose your size equipment. Wet suits are also available, you may need winter time. Tour time includes the time for instructions, boarding, boat rides to and from snorkeling spot.
For this adventure it is necessary to be able to swim, but no previous snorkeling experience is required.
Minimum age for the snorkelling tour is 18 years. Children can do activity as well, but only in the company with their parent.

14:00 - 14:20 - Boat ride back to the marina.
14:20 - 14:40 - Drop-offs at the Hotels.

Show full review ➤ We've booked the Tenerife snorkeling tour hoping to see the sea turtles even it wasn't a warranty we will see them. We arrived by ourselves to the dive school and got a masks and wet suits to choose for our size. Since we took the tour in a group of 5 and almost the same size, but Ellen in the dive school selected the gear for all of us. We went by the bigger rib boat with two couples of other tour participants - they were going to dive. Maybe had to book try dive, but it was already too late for changes. In fact, we didn't saw sea turtles and instructors told us that happens in half of cases. Nevertheless, we rented underwater go-pro cameras (un extra, but rally worthy!) and I was very lucky to see a huge stingray right a few meters down and a lot of colorful fish. It was absolutely worth to do snorkeling and the next time we're going to dive and THANK YOU Elen from the diving school for sending us photos! Hide review
