While booking you may choose one our Pick-Up Points located in Los Cristianos, Las Americas, Costa Adeje and La Caleta OR choose DIRECT BOARDING. In the case of direct boarding, you will have to come by yourself to the section A (Zona A) of the harbour in Los Cristianos - Puerto de Los Cristianos in Spanish, at the time specified in your Voucher. Your Voicher is your boarding document.
There is parking right at the entrance to the ferry section of the harour. So, if you came with your car, you can leave your car on the parking and walk to the section A for boarding.
