13 Days The best of Botswana to Victoria Falls

Day 0:

We will pick you up at the airport and take you to the Lodge/Hotel you booked. We have a small briefing about the tour. We recommend the Peermont midcourt or the Airport Inn.

Day 1:

We start our journey at 08h00 after you have breakfast. We make our way to the Botswana Border at Groblersbrug. We stop just after the border for those wanting to exchange money for Pula's and a snack or two. We go on a sunset game drive before we have a hearty dinner.

Day 2:

We continue our journey just after breakfast and go through the central Kalahari to see if we can spot some wild horses and ostriches. We booked into our Lodge/Campsite before we relaxed on our own. There are some optional activities that you can do. Visit the draft factory, or a flight over the Okavango Delta, do game viewing on Horseback, or visit the town.

Day 3:

We will immediately drive and head to Moremi Game Reserve after Breakfast. You will game drive en route to camp to spend our first night in Moremi. Moremi Game Reserve is in northern Botswana, in the Okavango Delta, which becomes a lush animal habitat during seasonal floods. Dugout canoes are used to navigate past birdlife, hippos, and crocodiles on waterways like the Xakanaxa Lagoon. On land, wildlife includes lions, leopards, and rhinos. Safari camps are common, with several dotted around large Chief's Island and the forested Mopane Tongue Peninsula.

Day 4:

We have an early morning breakfast and explore what nature has for you that day. You will do morning and afternoon Game Drives With the sound of birds calling and the serenity of the river, In 2008, Moremi Game Reserve was voted 'best game reserve in Africa' by the prestigious African Travel and Tourism Association at South Africa's premier tourism fair, This makes for spectacular game viewing and bird watching, including all significant, naturally occurring herbivore and carnivore species in the region and over 400 species of birds, many migratory and some endangered. Both Black and White Rhino have recently been re-introduced, making the reserve a 'Big Five' destination.

Day 5:

On day 5 you will do a 3-hour BOAT CRUISE IN THE OKAVANGO DELTA, where aquatic life is amazing. The bird life and aquatic life are amazing. Covering approximately 3,900 sq. km, where land and Delta meet, Moremi Game Reserve is a profoundly picturesque preserve of seasonal and perennial floodplains. The landscape includes waterways, lagoons, pools, pans, grasslands, and forests. This terrain makes driving Moremi's many tracks and trails delightful and exceptionally inspiring.

Day6,7 and 8:

Depart For SAVUTI in the Chobe national park where you will camp for 3 nights. You will game drive en route to camp. Packed lunch will be served at Mababe Depression. [Once a super lake and is the annual Zebra migration route. You will do afternoon and morning game drives daily. SAVUTI is one of the best wildlife areas for photography.

Day 9 & 10

Depart for Kasane. A packed lunch will be served en route to Kasane. You will do an Afternoon sunset boat cruise for 2 to 3 hours on the mighty Chobe River. You will do morning and afternoon game drives on day 2 and spend the rest of the time on one's leisure.

Day 11:

We are leaving after Breakfast to the border at Kazungula and enter into Zimbabwe. We visited Victoria Falls and then booked our optional activities for the next day.

Today we spent the day on one's leisure with the activities that we had booked. We meet again at 15h00 to go on a sunset dinner cruise on the mighty Zambezi River.
