Canyoning Bovec | Fratarica canyon
On this tour we will visit one of the most beautiful canyons in Slovenia, which is located in Triglav National Park, a short drive out of Bovec. The canyon with countless pools and waterfalls is hidden in a forest under the mighty Mangart mountain. We will all be enchanted by clean water and pristine alpine environment. During the activity we will explore the canyon on foot, we will rappel waterfalls and swim in pools. There will be no lack of challenges for those who enjoy a bit of adrenaline.

10:30 - 11:00 | Meet your guide at the agreed spot. The guide will provide all necessary canyoning gear and will explain how to gear up properly for the tour.
11:00 - 11:30 | Hike up to the starting point of the tour. In order to descend the canyon we first have to get up to the starting point, which requires roughly 30 minutes of uphill walk.
11:30 - 11:45 | Briefing before the activity. The guide will explain what you need to know before the activity begins. Your equipment will be checked again for safety.
11:45 - 14:15 | Descent through the canyon by jumping, sliding and rappelling over waterfalls.
14:15 - 14:30 | Finish the tour and walk back to the parking lot where you can change back into dry clothes.
