Day 1: Arrive in Kigali

Day 2: Akagera National Park
Transfer to Akagera National Park and take a boat ride on Lake Ihema. Overnight: Luxurious camping in the park or comfortable hotel
Day 3: Akagera National Park

Day 4: Huye and Nyanza
Transfer to Huye and on your way visit the famous catholic cathedral of Kabgayi and the Rwanda National Museum – visit the ancient King's Palace at Nyanza, Rwanda art and the women's drumming group at the university. Overnight: Recommended hotel in Huye
Day 5: Huye and Nyungwe National Park
Visit the university and market and enjoy the dancers at the museum before transferring to Nyungwe National Park. Visit a tea plantation and spend the afternoon primate viewing in Nyungwe National Park. Overnight: Recommended hotel in Nyungwe
Day 6: Nyungwe National Park
