• Pick-up Point: Pickup is included from Hotels/Residences/Suite in Kuala Lumpur City's Golden Triangle area (except Pudu area)
• Please wait in the hotel lobby/grand floor at least 15 mins before designed pick up time
• Pick up time between 15 mins before or after designed pick up time
• This tour is not private and may include other guests
• As this is a shared tour, please be patient in cases of unforeseen delays along the pick-up route.
• For pick up outside of Kuala Lumpur City's Golden Triangle area (Pudu area and outskirts hotel), a surcharge is required (surcharge rate and pick up time shall defined by pick up location), surcharge to be paid directly to the driver in cash
• This SIC itinerary vehicle is arranged according to the number of participants on the day (car/van/bus)
• Pick up time subjected to be earlier, Pick up time will inform to you 1 day before activity take place
• Please make sure your mobile phone number is active and able to contacted during the travel period
• It is recommended that you make preparations to prevent if you have motion sickness, so as not to affect your pleasant journey.
• Please keep your belongings and try not to bring valuables, you will be responsible for all damages and loss.

Know before you go :

• Elephant bathing session NOT AVAILABLE
• Elephant bathing fee is payable at your own expense (RM10 per person, payable directly at the sanctuary)
• Deerland Park may close without notice. There will be no compensation or alternative for the closure.
• Set/Simple Lunch only
• No eating or drinking is allowed inside the car/van/buses. Food can easily become messy, or someone might bump into you, having you spill your drink or squash your food, letting it fall to the floor.

What to bring:

Sunglasses, Sun hat, Sunscreens

Bring along bath towel and spare clothing in case you‘ll get wet or dirty
