Overview
With the help of the wine consultant, you will discover local Italian wines and their history, learn about wine etiquette. We'll pair 2 wines (white and red) with 3 bruschettas made with local salami and cheese, olives and taralli/chips. We will assess the wines and play wine-based games!

Description
We will taste 2 wines (Campania wines from local grapes), eat local bruschetta with Mozzarella, Prosciutto and vegetables. You'll get to know wine tasting tips and etiquette. I will talk about ancient wine culture and history in Campania. We will pair local food with the wine.
We will play fun wine games and enrich your wine vocabulary, making you more self-confident next time you buy or taste wine.
We will discuss the wines of the day, and their history and will play "Myth or Truth" about 1000s of wine myths/truths we have heard.
We will evaluate the wine on a professional evaluation sheet created by WSET!
P.S. In case of a bigger group (min. 8 people) we will do the degustation and eat local pasta in a wonderful terrace with a breathtaking view of Vesuvio and the sea. (Dates must be discussed beforehand)
