Overview
7 Wonders of Armenia in one day is a tour composed by me. Many tour companies don't use this itinerary in their tours because it takes a long time and this is not a group tour. It's just intended for small groups to understand and feal the breath and soul of my ancient nation.

Description
7 Wonders of Armenia in one day
Early in the morning approximately at 9am we head to Kotayk region. The first stop is Charents Arch, dedicated to Soviet era Armenian poet Eghishe Charents whose works were devoted to Armenia and Ararat legendary mountain. We continue our trip to Geghard monastery if Spear which had wounded Jesus Christ at the Crucifixion. Explanations for Geghard in different languages:

We arrive Garni village to take part during Lavash Armenian flatbread master class and have a lunch in the family restaurant. Drive to the canyon to admire the unbelievable beauty of the natural monument if "Stone Symphony". Visit Garni pagan Temple, the only standing heathen times Greco - Roman structure in Lesser Caucasus.
Next stop is incredible Azat water reservoir viewpoint from above. Last point of our trip is Khor Virap Royal Prison and monastery on the background of the biblical Armenian mountain Ararat where Noah's Ark was located after the flood.
Back to Yerevan.
