10 Day Okavango - Moremi - Chobe NP & Victoria Falls

Day 1

After being transported from the airport to your hotel . You will be taken for a sunset cruise so you can relax refresh and prepare for an adventerous day tomorrow. Also, animals like elephants and buffaloes have been seen along the Zambezi River drinking water, crocodiles, and hippopotamus. Kids will be given soft drinks while adults enjoy an open bar and snacks.

Day 2

Guided Tour of the Mighty Falls, Scenic Helicopter Flight and Boma Dinner

The day is spent appreciating and cherishing the beauty of Victoria Falls. Starting with a morning tour of the falls, you will go through all 16 points of the falls, with the guide leading you and sharing some fascinating facts about one of the largest waterfalls in the world. On exit, you will proceed to see an act of engineering prowess on the Victoria Falls bridge. We then visit the Lookout Café for lunch.

After lunch, you will be transferred to the helipad for a 12-minute scenic helicopter flight above the falls and the Zambezi National Park. This tour will allow you to fully appreciate Victoria Falls by capturing the views from the air.

The energy and vibe of The Boma Dinner and Drum Show will captivate you before you even set foot inside. When you arrive, you are ceremoniously dressed in your chitenge (sarong) before being welcomed by traditional dancers and a mini face painter.

Day 3

Transfer to Chobe National Park for a Camping Safari

We start the day with a transfer from Victoria Falls to Kasane in Botswana. We will start our day with a morning boat safari on the Chobe River. Hippos, crocodiles, and fantastic birdlife all await to host us. Elephants can also be seen bathing and playing in the water, and most of the animals can be spotted as they come for the precious liquid on the banks of the Chobe River.

The boat safari will last for 3 hours before we go for lunch. After lunch, we go on a game drive inside the Chobe National Park, trying to be as thorough as possible. The drive will take place until 5:00pm, when we drive to the campsite. Upon arrival, we will enjoy welcome snacks.

Day 4

A Full-Day Game Drive in Chobe National Park

Waking up as early as 5:00am, you will be treated to a light continental breakfast before heading off on an early morning game drive. At this time in the morning, the big cats are still active, giving them more chances to see them. Around mid to late morning, we return to camp for a delicious bush brunch.

The afternoon is spent relaxing at the camp and enjoying the refreshing air of the African bush. At 3:00pm, we go on a different route searching for more animals. Chobe presents fantastic game viewing! We expect to return to the camp at 6:00pm for dinner.

After dinner, it is time to reflect on the memories of the afternoon sightings and share stories with other group members.

Day 5

Wrap Up Safari in Chobe National Park

Our safari ends with an early morning game drive to wrap up and spot whatever we would have missed throughout the first two days. We wake up as early as 5:00am for the drive and embark on a 4-hour safari before we return to camp for breakfast. After refreshing, we pack our bags and drive to the park's exit. With mother luck on our side, this will be the icing of the safari, and we will be bound to spot more animals on our way out.

After the half-day safari, you will be transferred to the airport and fly to the Okavango Delta. You will be picked up at Maun Airport, where you will meet your ranger and guide before leaving on your 20-minute drive to your tented lodge. Depending on your arrival time, you will have some time for a quick dip in the pool while exploring the lodge's natural surroundings before leaving on a fantastic 2-hour sunset Mokoro safari on the Boteti River.

Day 6

Full-Day Mokoro Safari – Okavango Delta

Wake up just after sunrise with the crisp morning air filling your lungs. A fresh cup of coffee/tea and homemade biscuits await you at the main deck area. A delicious packed breakfast will be supplied, as you will have an early morning departure on your full-day mokoro safari in the Okavango Delta.

Your mokoro safari will begin as you head out into the many reed channels of the Okavango Delta. Your guide will also interpret nature to you in a unique manner and show you the traditional and medicinal uses of wild plants in the Delta.

A stop will be made at one of the many islands to enjoy your packed lunch before heading on a nature walk to discover more of this abundant ecosystem. After some relaxation, you will continue your adventure by exploring more of these unlimited channels. You may choose to stop at any other island if you please.

After returning to the lodge, you will have time to freshen up before dinner.

Dinner will be served under the stars in the open boma.

Day 7

Moremi Reserve

This morning, enjoy the last morning game activity in the popular Chobe Forest Reserve. Then you will be transferred through to Kasane Aiport for a flight to Moremi Reserve. The flight usually takes about 1 to 1.5 hours. The nearby Khwai airstrip is 20 minutes' drive from camp. Upon arrival one of the friendly lodge staff will be waiting for you and then transfer you typically by 4x4 vehicle, through the sprawling savannas, and the mosaic of wetlands and drylands that make up Moremi Game Reserve. You will be staying at Saguni Safari Lodge for 2 nights. The lodge offers an immersive safari experience with access to one of the most wildlife-rich areas. The lodge is nestled among riverine forests, offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape, including the river and open floodplains. The location is ideal for game viewing, birdwatching, and enjoying the tranquility.

Day 8

Safari

The first full day in the reserve and today is all about the game activities. Morning and afternoon game drives are the primary activity .

Full-Day Game Drive in Moremi Game Reserve

You will wake up just after sunrise, with the crisp morning air filling your lungs. A fresh cup of coffee/tea and homemade biscuits await you at the main deck area. A delicious packed breakfast will be supplied, as you will have an early morning departure on your full-day safari game drive in Moremi Game Reserve close to the Khwai River.

Experience this in a specially converted open-game vehicle, allowing you to absorb and experience sightings with all your senses when up close to wildlife. Your experienced game ranger will teach you about all aspects of nature and uniquely interpret wildlife behavior for you.

Your guide will serve a packed lunch at one of the beautiful rest camps along the way. You should return to the lodge by about 4:00pm. After returning to the lodge, you will have time to freshen up and take in the marvelous sunset overlooking the Boteti River from our deck.

Dinner will be served under the stars in the open boma.

Day 10

Morning Relaxation and Departure

This morning, enjoy a scrumptious breakfast in a more relaxed fashion, taking in the breathtaking surroundings one last time before you prepare for checkout and transfer to Maun. The friendly lodge staff will bid you farewell before transferring you back to Maun International Airport or your choice of drop-off point within Maun. This is the end of your tour.
