Mekong Delta 1 Day | Option: Small Group + Better Lunch

Unforgettable way of seeing the Mekong Delta to drive along the provincial roads down on the Southern region of Vietnam through paddy rice field, pine-apple plantation, orchard and small hamlets (2 hours driving).

Arrive My Tho boat station , you will have a big local motor boat take you visit the mekong river (20 minutes for moto boat) for sight seeing 4 ilets Dragon Island , Unicorn Island , Turtle Island , Phoenix Island .

We will stop at the famous Unicorn Island (Cồn Thới Sơn), you will visit nature pure honey at a bee keeping farm, taste some honey tea with kumquat, one of local especial drink of Mekong people.

Have a pleasant walk on the village road 5-10 minutes, you will arrive a local house to see local fruits garden , they serve you many types of tropical fruits, during time have a live music band, named traditional folk music- Don Ca Tai Tu ( NESCO recognized Don Ca Tai Tu as the art of amateur music as an intangible cultural heritage of humanity on December 5, 2013.)

Then take a rowwing boat (20-30 minutes- distance around 2 km ) 1 boat capacity 3-4 person, the local rider will row you on the small canal with boat , both sides full of water coconut trees, the rwoing boat take you to the coconut candy workshop, you will be explained how the local make coconut candy by hand, have a chance to taste candy coconut candies with varities flavor, coconut wine, coconut cake ... , transfer to a smaller motor boat and travel along the lush , green canals and stop at the local restaurant for Vietnamese lunch.

crocodile-you can try crocodile fishing here , can see many fish ponds, tiny various gardens and see bird , hedgehog ..)

After lunch , you will be taken back to My Tho by moto boat (20 minutes) .

Get on bus back to Ho Chi Minh City, have a stop at Vinh Trang pagoda before arrive the Ho Chi Minh city center around 5.30 pm.***Please note: Drop off time is subject to traffic, weather...so the finished time could be later than expecting.
