Depart Hanoi in the early morning and head to Ninh Binh province where you’ll visit the ancient capital of Hoa Lu. Arrive at the ancient capital of Hoa Lu where you will visit the temples of King Dinh. Around midday, enjoy a tasty traditional lunch of local cuisine in a restaurant. Have lunch with local cuisine in a restaurant.
After lunch, head to Tam Coc wharf to board the sampan boat. Explore various caves and admire the scenery of countryside landscapes.
Upon arrival back at the wharf, embark on a short cycling trip around countryside villages. If you don't want to cycle, you can enjoy a cup of tea in a local restaurant or visit a local market. Afterward, return by bus to Hanoi.

07:30 – 8:15 AM – Tour guide will meet you at your hotel/stay and start 120km comfortable bus journey through verdant
landscape. Stop over for a rest on the way.
10:30 – Visit Hoa Lu Ancient Citadel with King Dinh Temple dating back to the 17th Century.
13:00 – Enjoy the lunch at our restaurant with the great local cuisines
13:30 – Take sampan boat trip which owned and rowed by locals, gently sailing along Ngo Dong river, capturing the wonderful scenery of Karst hills, rice fields, and peaceful villages, and passing “Hang Ca”, “Hang Hai” and “Hang Ba”. If time allows us, you can have a change to cycle through peaceful villages in Tam Coc.
15:30 – Arrive at Mua Cave and start an amazing trek up to the top of Ngoa Long mountain for watching the spectacular rice valley with precious view of the nature (Optional)
17:15 – Return to our bus and then come back to Hanoi.
19:30 – Drop you off at your hotel/stay. Trip ends.
