08:30 AM or 3 PM : Our driver would pick you up from your hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter or Hanoi Opera House (at the pick-up time that we have informed you one day before your travel date). After picking up, we depart for Halong, which would take around 2.5 hours.

11:30 AM or 6 PM: We reach Halong city, our driver would drop you off according to the place you have noted in the booking

12:00 PM or 6 PM: Our driver would pick you up from Halong (Tuan Chau Harbor/Sun Harbor or Bai Chay Ward) at the pick-up time that we have informed you one day before your travel date. After picking up, we depart for Hanoi, which would take around 2.5 hours.

03:00 PM or 9 PM: Our driver would drop you off at your hotels within Hanoi Old Quarter area

Important Info

• Departure time: We depart daily at 8.30 AM & 3 PM from Hanoi and 12 PM & 6 PM from Halong
• Baggage allowance: Maximum of 1 standard luggage and 1 handbag per person
• Seat arrangement: Seats are randomly assigned and subject to availability at time of booking. While not guaranteed, we will try to arrange for a group to seat nearby each other.
• Please input your contact information correctly so that our staff could contact you if necessary. At the latest of one day before the travel date, we would finalize the pick-up time at your location and inform via KKday Chat. It is recommended that you should be ready at your hotel lobby or the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the pick-up time.
• We provide free pick-up & drop-off for hotels within Hanoi Old Quarter area. If you stay outside the pick-up area, please head to the meeting point at Hanoi Opera House (No.1 Trang Tien Street) to wait for the car.
• For customers who would go to Halong bay to join an overnight cruise, we advise you to choose the departure time as 8.30 AM as most cruises will depart by 12 PM. In addition, kindly enter your cruise name, port name and waiting lot so that our staff could drop you off in the right place.
• For customers who return to Hanoi from cruise in Halong bay, kindly enter your cruise name, port name and waiting lot so that our staff could easily pick you up.
