Dong Yen Tu Pagoda, also known as Tran Quoc Pagoda, is a famous pagoda located on top of Yen Tu mountain, in Dong Yen commune, Uong Bi district, Quang Ninh province, Vietnam. This pagoda is considered one of the largest and most sacred Buddhist pagodas in Vietnam.

Visiting Dong Yen Tu Pagoda
06:30: Pick-up at Hanoi Opera House
Guests are picked up by car at the Hanoi Opera House to commence their journey to Yen Tu.
09:30: Arrival at Yen Tu
Upon arrival at Yen Tu, guests are greeted by our guide and embark on an exploration journey of the Yen Tu mountains. Highlights include:
- Thap To: Visit the site where the remains of King Tran Nhan Tong are enshrined, a significant historical and cultural landmark.
- Hoa Yen Pagoda: Explore this ancient pagoda, known for its tranquil ambiance and stunning architecture.
- One-Roof Pagoda: Discover the unique architectural features of this pagoda, which stands as a testament to Vietnam's rich Buddhist heritage.
- Cable Car Ride: Proceed to the cable car station and embark on a scenic journey via the second cable car system.
- Statue of An Ky Sinh: Pay homage to the monumental Buddha statue, an emblem of peace and enlightenment.
- Dong Pagoda: Ascend to the summit of Dong Pagoda, situated at an elevation of 1068m above sea level. Here, guests can partake in Buddhist rituals and marvel at the breathtaking panoramic views of the Yen Tu mountains.
12:30-13:00: Lunch
Enjoy a delectable lunch featuring authentic Yen Tu mountain dishes at a restaurant located at the foot of the mountain.
14:00: Return to Hanoi
Guests depart from Yen Tu and return to Hanoi by bus.
17:00: Arrival at Hanoi Opera House
The program concludes as guests arrive back at the Hanoi Opera House.
