ITINERARY

• The day will begin with a convenient pickup from Ha Long Bay port terminal after docking.
• After 2. 5 hours from Ha Long Bay to Hanoi via the new highway, our tour guide will take you on a full day Hanoi city tour to see some of the most popular sights as well as some hidden gems that are off the beaten path.
• Our first stop will be at the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, where you can pay homage to the country's great leader. We will then visit the One Pillar Pagoda, a unique, historic religious structure and learn about its fascinating origins.
• Then, we will leave for Hoa Lo Prison Museum which originally used by the French colonists in Indochina for political prisoners, and later by North Vietnam for U.S. prisoners of war during the Vietnam War. During this later period, it was known to American POWs as the “Hanoi Hilton"
• We'll take a break for lunch at a famous and unique restaurant to try the real Vietnamese meal
• Afterward, we will make our way to a hidden gem of Hanoi - Train Street, a unique narrow alley where trains pass through just inches away from residential buildings. It's a fascinating sight to witness, and you can grab some great photos of the train rumbling through the heart of the city. Remember to stay at a safe distance when the train approaches.
• Finally, we start discovering Hanoi Old quarter by foot from Hoan Kiem lake with Ngoc Son temple.
• Leave Hanoi Old Quarter to depart back to cruise ship.
