HUONG PAGODA - HUONG TICH CAVE

Perfume Pagoda in fact, Perfume Pagoda or Huong Son Pagoda is an entire cultural-religious complex of Vietnam, including dozens of Buddhist temples, several gods, communal houses, and agricultural beliefs. The center of Perfume Pagoda is located in Huong Son Commune, My Duc District, Hanoi, on the right bank of the Day River.

DETAILED ITINERARY

08h00-08h30: Car and tour guide pick you up at the meeting point in the Old Quarter and the Opera House to depart for Huong Pagoda.

10h00: Arrive at Yen Vi pier, where the bus stops, you will change to take a boat along Yen Vi River about 3km to Thien Tru Pagoda (the "Heavenly Kitchen"). On the way, you can admire the majestic mountains with 99 mountains in the shape of an elephant's head, raspberry mountain, chicken... At Thien Tru pier, visitors can light incense to worship Buddha and visit Thiên Tru Pagoda.

12h00: You will have lunch at the restaurant.

13h00: The tour guide will buy cable car tickets and take you by cable car to Huong Tich Cave. The cable car ride takes about 15 minutes. Upon arrival, visitors will enter Huong Tich Cave, where Lord Trinh Sam personally inscribed five Chinese characters on the cave door: "Nam thiên đệ nhất động" (The foremost cave under the Southern Heaven). This is a place of picturesque scenery imbued with reverence for Bodhisattva Quan The Am (Avalokiteshvara).

Note

: If you have enough physical strength, you can also walk continuously for about 1.5 hours to Huong Tich Cave and back to the Thien Tru Pagoda area (but you will not be accompanied by a guide).

15:30: Return to the pier, and take the boat back to Yen Vi pier to catch the bus back to Hanoi.

18h30: Return to Hanoi. End of the program, goodbye, and see you again.

- Round-trip cable car ticket: adults (>130cm): 220,000 VND, children (110cm - 130cm): 150,000 VND

- Tips for Huong Pagoda ferry drivers, minimum from 25,000 VND/passenger (due to the special nature of the Huong Pagoda tour, we appreciate your understanding and happiness)

- Other services and expenses not mentioned in the program

Tips for drivers and tour guides:

• If customers are satisfied with the service of the driver and tour guide, they may choose to tip them at their discretion. This tip amount is entirely voluntary but usually starts from a minimum of 50,000 VND/passenger/day.
• Tip guidelines for foreign customers: 3 USD/passenger/day.

Children (please read carefully to understand the criteria for children):

Children aged 1-4 years old receive complimentary services (parents are responsible for all related expenses and they do not occupy a seat in the car). Each pair of adults is only accompanied by 01 complimentary child; from the second child onwards, they are charged 50% (with a half meal portion and a separate seat in the car).

Note: If 01 adult is accompanied by 01 complimentary child, the child must purchase the tour at 50% of the adult price (the 50% child criterion includes a half meal portion and a separate seat on the car. Any additional expenses for sightseeing tickets at tourist attractions are borne by the family).

• Children aged 5-9 years old are charged 75% of the tour price (with a separate meal portion and a seat in the car).
• Children aged 10 years old and above are charged the same price as adults.

Other general notes:

- Customers on tours (especially those involving boats, trains, airplanes, or tours to border areas) must carry valid personal identification documents (ID card/citizenship card/passport). Children under 14 years old must carry a birth certificate at a minimum. Children aged 14 and above must have either a citizenship card or passport.

- It is advisable to bring medication for stomachache due to diarrhea and common fever-reducing medication.

- Vegetarian customers are advised to bring additional vegetarian food to ensure their preferences.

- Any services on the tour that you do not use will not be refunded.

- Tour guides have the right to rearrange the order of sightseeing points to suit the specific conditions of each departure day while ensuring all points of interest in the program are covered.

(*) Customer Responsibilities:

- Customers are responsible for their health and chronic illnesses (heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, joint problems, etc.), congenital diseases, latent diseases, HIV/AIDS, mental and neurological disorders, and pregnant women... are diseases not within the scope of insurance. When necessary, customers must provide a written commitment regarding their health condition when participating in the tour. The tour organizer is not responsible for cases where customers do not disclose their illnesses or provide false information, as well as cases outside the scope of travel insurance on the tour.

- Customers must personally manage their belongings at all times and in all places throughout the trip. The tour organizer is not responsible for any loss of money, valuable items, flight tickets, and personal belongings of customers during the trip.
