OUTLANDER TOUR
Pick up from your accommodation in Inverness on the morning of the Tour can be pre-arranged, leaving Inverness at 8.30am. First Stop is the 4000+ year old sacred burial ground of the Clava Cairns, moving then onto the Famous Culloden Battlefield the site of the bloody last battle of the Jacobite rising of 1746, take the opportunity to see the visitors centre or walk round the battlefield and experience the eerie atmosphere. Then onto Fort George, the 18th century fortress which gives a fascinating insight into military life. Then experience the historic Clan MacPherson Museum and step back in time at the Highland Folk Museum before moving to the Cairngorm Mountain Range, the town of Aviemore and then Carrbridge, home of the oldest stone bridge in Britain
