There modern hospitals, schools, shopping malls, Hotels, Highways and Markets as well as the Parliament of Uganda, which is one of the government arms of the country, all in Kampala City. You get the opportunity to interact with the Ugandan people, visit historical sites that have shaped the destiny of this great nation and take the photographs of your choice. During this 1 Day Uganda safari tour, You will visit cultural sites such as the Buganda King’s Palace, King’s manmade Lake, Kasubi Tombs, Bahai Temple, National Museum, Uganda Martyrs Shrine, African Crafts village, Independence Monument, Nakasero Market as well as the Old Taxi Park and The New Taxi Park, Gadaffi Mosque for the magical views of Kampala city.

Itinerary
Day 1: Tour to Kampala City
You will be picked from your hotel by our experience tour guide and start your tour early in the morning at 7:00 am by visiting the Independence Monument. You shall then proceed to the Buganda King’s Palace to visit one of the greatest Kingdoms in Uganda where historical leadership took place and later the Buganda Kings Lake.
After that you shall visit Uganda Martyrs Shrine where 22 Martyrs were burnt with flames to death by the King of Buganda due to their refusal to denounce their Christianity.
Lastly you will visit the Uganda National Museum to view various cultural and local historical exhibitions from different ethnic groups in Uganda. You will then have lunch at one of the excellent local restaurants in Kampala City that cook the Ugandan Local dishes which you will enjoy very much.
After lunch you will proceed to the Baha’i Temple, the African Crafts Village Uganda where you can buy gifts and souvenirs at your own cost.
The tour then ends with a visit to Nakasero Market, within the heart of Kampala, the old taxi park and the new taxi park. You will then be dropped by to your hotel by our experienced tour guide.
