Murchison Falls Tour - 2 Days

Murchison Falls Tour itinerary: DAY 1 - Travel to Murchison Falls National Park (5-6 hours) - Take the breakfast a little earlier. Depart for Murchison Falls National Park while traveling via the wonderful grasslands & savannah Island. - The journey will take almost 5-6 hours and you will be provided lunch on arrival. - You will be taken to Victoria Nile upstream to the basement of falls on a boat cruise in the afternoon at around 2:00 PM. - On the way, you will see the hippos, waterbuck, crocodiles and multiple types of birds like shoebill stork. - The boat will stop just for ten minutes nearby “Devil Cauldron” to take photographs of the breathtaking Murchison Falls. - After this, you will return to the lodging facility for dining and overnight at the Parkside Safari Lodge. 

 DAY 2 - Game drive and return to Kampala
 - Wake up early in the morning at 6:30 AM for a sunrise game drive in the plateau of Nyamsika to see Cape buffaloes, Uganda kob, waterbucks, Rothschild's giraffes, and hartebeest. - You can also see the boho reedbuck, warthog bush duiker, bushbuck, shy sitatunga, bush pig and large carnivores. - Lions, spotted hyenas and leopards are also there. - Olive baboons and chimpanzees are the major among the six species of primates that are found in the park. Hippos and crocodiles can be located along the banks of the Nile. - Few more birds living along the bank of the river include Egyptian geese, bee-eaters, goliath heron, hornbill, saddle-bill stork, cormorant, and the special shoebill stork. - Afterward, the journey will start back to Kampala or Ettenbe. - End of the Murchison Falls Tour.
