Discover the beauties of Kackars with this amazing tour. Kackar Mountain has become popular as one of the most beautiful hiking route in the world. Rising above the Black Sea with a 3,937 m (12,917 ft), Kackar attracts professional hikers and tourists all around the world for both natural beauty and amazing routes through its peak. Starting from Trabzon, you will be discovering Firtina Valley, Ayder and Yukari Kavron Higland in the south of Kackars.
The hiking route from Yukari Kavron to Olgunlar Highland and to Dilberduzu Camping site is enjoyable and mid-level difficulty. However, the summit part of hiking is high level difficulty. You will not only enjoy hiking through beautiful nature but also experience local highland life of Black Sea. Please note that we run this tour just for professional hikers. Summit part of this tour is difficult and requires professional background. We may change the tour route and program based on weather conditions.

- Sleeping bag (Good quality, suitable for extreme conditions. -15 is good. Mat and sleeping bag is provided by the team.)

Day 1: Welcome and transfer to Ayder
We welcome you at Rize Artvin Airport (RZV). Then, directly drive to Çamlihemsin, Ayder. On our way, stop by Firtina river to see historical bridges.
Overnight at Ayder Simsir Hotel/Ayder koroglu Hotel in Ayder Highland or similar
Day 2: Hiking from Yukari Kavron to Olgunlar (Trans Kaçkar from South to North)
Today, we will transit from north part of Kackars to south part of Kackar. In the early morning, let’s drive to Yukari Kavron. Startig from Yukari Kavron, hike up along the river. See beautiful Acı Lake and Karadeniz Lake. Then, move to Lanetleme Pass, the most challenging part of route. Pass Naletleme Pass and hike down to Dibe Duzu and then Dibe Highland. Then, hike to Olgunlar Highland along beautiful nature by river. Overnight at Kackar Pension in Olgunlar Highland
Day 3: Hiking from Olgunlar to Dilberdüzü
Have a nice breakfast at highland. We will pack our bags on mules and start to hike from Olgunlar to Dilberdüzü. On our way we will stop by Nastaf Highland at 2400m. Then we will reach to campsite at Dilberdüzü at 2900m. We will set our tents at the campsite and have a lunch. Then we will have time to hike around and enjoy the beauty of the nature. At the evening we will have dinner prepared by our cooking staff. Overnight in Tents at Dilberdüzü Campsite
Day 4: Dilberdüzü-Kaçkar peak-Dilberdüzü
We will get up very early and have a quick breakfast. Then we take our lunch boxes and personal equipment and start our adventure about 4:00 am in the early morning. After 45 min walking we should reach beautiful Deniz Gölü (Sea Lake) at 3450 m. From the lake we will continue our ascent to the top of Mount Kackar (3937 m), the highest point of Kackar Range. After reaching the Kackar Peak we will spend 30-40 minutes there, take pictures and rest. Then, we will slowly descent to Dilberdüzü for camping.
Overnight in Tents in Dilberdüzü Campsite
Day 5: Dilberdüzü-Olgunlar-Erzurum
In the morning, hike from Dilberdüzü to Olgunlar. Then, transfer to Rize Artvin Airport (RZV).
