Dear Travelers and Tour Providers,

Because of the Force Majeure situation caused by the Coronavirus pandemic stated and declared by the WHO, TripsPoint standard Cancelation Policy has been changed to the following starting from 12th of March, 2020:

GENERAL STATEMENT

Because of 'force majeure’ situation, WE DON’T CHARGE ANY CANCELATION FEES.

A. TOUR PROVIDERS:

- We are not going to charge any Cancellation Fees from the Customers (Travelers) because of the Force Majeure and it is obvious Travelers cannot risk their health.

B. TRAVELERS:

If you already have an active booking or going to book after 12 of March 2020 until this Special Cancelation Policy are replaced with the standard Cancellation Policy you can find below:

Option 1 - ask to put the booking ‘ON HOLD’.

That means the following:

- Your booking for the actual tour date is canceled.

- You shouldn’t pay any cancelation fee, because of the 'force majeure’ caused by coronavirus impacted both travelers and tour providers.

- You have 2 years from the tour date to change the tour date without any additional fees. After the situation with the coronavirus stabilizes, please, let us know your new preferred Tour Dates and we will arrange it.

Option 2 - definite CANCELATION

That means the following:

- Your booking is definitely canceled.

- You shouldn’t pay any cancelation fee.

- The refund of your Booking Deposit could be delayed, because of the 'force majeure’ caused by coronavirus impacted both travelers and tour providers. The refund of your booking deposit will be issued immediately after the situation with the coronavirus stabilize, or exactly, after the WHO (World Health Organization) will recall the pandemic state of the Coronavirus.

We ask both Tour Providers and Travelers to keep calm and understand the situation with the pandemic state of the Coronavirus. It is sure in the next month, two or three the situation will normalize, but in these hard times, all of us should show goodwill and understanding.
