Show full review ➤ As our hotel served breakfast from 7:30AM, and was more than hour away from cable car station we had to skip the breakfast in order to make it there in time. The scheduled meeting time stated on voucher was 8:45AM. To our surprise, all the other guides started boarding the cable car and our was nowhere to be found. When I called the agency, it was obvious, that I had caused a mini heartattack because they had clearly forgotten about us. So I found out that the meeting time was rescheduled to 9:45AM and no one bothered to inform us in advance. We had to wait another hour for our guide - that we could have done at our hotel during breakfast... After he arrived, everything went well and we were happy to get up top. But apart from "sorry", which didn't even sound sincere, we didn't receive any other refund. Hide review
