8 Days Northern circuit Tanzania safari

Day 1, Arrival, This is your arrival day where you will be picked from the airport with our safari guide and drive to Arusha town for an overnight and stay at Javes Hotel in Arusha town. Day 2, Arusha National Park Destination description and attractions; this is the closest park near Arusha town which is the short distance from Arusha town. There are several attractions that you can visit and see such as the montane forest which is a habitat of blue monkeys, the black and white colobus, the Ngurudoto crater, buffalos, warthogs, the Momela Lake with thousands of flamingos, waterfowls, waterbucks. Moreover, you can see other animals such as giraffe, zebras, hyena, cheetah and the like. Activities; In Arusha National park activities will depend on the tourist choice as they can do game drive, walking tour, or hiking the Mount Meru. Hence the activities will be travel from Arusha town to Arusha national park, game driving/walking tours/Mount Meru hiking and drive back to Arusha town. Activities: Travel from Arusha town to Tarangire National Park, Game driving in the park, Drive from the park to MtowaMbu near Lake Manyara Meal Plan: Breakfast in Arusha town, Lunch in Tarangire National Park picnic and dinner in MtowaMbu. Overnight: At Manyara View tented camp Time and Distance: 08:00Am departure time from the Furaha Lodge in Arusha, drive from Arusha Town to Tarangire National park Day 4, the Serengeti National Park Destination Description and attractions: the park is one of the natural heritage sites in Tanzania, it delivered its name from the Maasai language “Siringiti” that means an endless plain. The park is well known due to the annual wildebeest migration, whereby thousands of wildebeest and hundreds of zebras migrate from Serengeti to the Maasai Mara Reserve in Kenya. The park has several attractions such as wild animals including the big five, birds, acacia trees, kopjes, the plain grassland and the wildebeest migration. Activities: A drive from MtowaMbu through the rim of Ngorongoro Crater rim to Serengeti, En route game drive, drives to the accommodation activities for dinner and overnight. Meal Plan: Breakfast at MtowaMbu, Lunch will be lunch box at Naabi Hill picnic site and dinner in The Serengeti National Park at the Serengeti Bush camp. Overnight: At Serengeti Bush camp in Serengeti Time and Distance: 08:00Am departure time from MtowaMbu, drive from Mtowambu through the rim of Ngorongoro crater to the Serengeti National park. Activities: Morning games drive from to the central of Serengeti, Balloon safari watching, En route game drive while heading to Ngorongoro Conservation Area Meal Plan: Breakfast at the accommodation facilities in the park, Lunch will be lunch box at the picnic area during game drive in the park and dinner at Rhino lodge in Ngorongoro Overnight: Ngorongoro Rhino Lodge Time and Distance: 07:00Am pick up from the accommodation facility, game drive and on-route game drive in the park while heading to Ngorongoro Conservation Area Day 6, Ngorongoro Conservation Area (Crater descending and ascending) Destination Description and attractions: Ngorongoro conservation area is one of the unique world heritage sites as a mixed land use, where the Maasai tribe meets with the wild animals. The area is well known due to the caldera, where you can find the big five animals and other animals while descending and ascending in the crater. The rim of the crater has a great view and has made it being nicknamed as the Garden of Eden; hence expect to see the Maasai people in the area too. Activities: A drive from Rhino Lodge to the crater rim, Crater descending and ascending and a drive from Ngorongoro Conservation area to MtowaMbu for dinner and overnight. Meal Plan: Breakfast at Rhino lodge, Lunch will be lunch box in the Ngorongoro Crater and dinner at MtowaMbu. Overnight: Manyara View tented Campsite Time and Distance: 08:00Am departure time from Rhino Lodge to the crater, 8hrs crater descending and ascending and head to MtowaMbu for dinner and overnight at Manyara view. Day 7, Lake Manyara National park Destination Description and attractions; Manyara national park is the park with the wildlife reserve and the lake Manyara reserve. The park is unique because of the legend tree climbing lions and the rose feathered flamingos, along the lake. With it being small, the park is well blessed with wild animals and birds that you can see them everywhere in the park. Activities: Morning breakfast, games drive tour with lunch box at one of the picnics in the park and drive to Lake Eyasi for dinner and overnight at Lake Eyasi Tented Camp Meal Plan: Breakfast at the Manyara View, Lunch will be lunch box at one of the picnic sites in the park and dinner at Lake Eyasi Tented Camp. Overnight: At Lake Eyasi Tented camp. Time and Distance: 02:00Am pick up from the accommodation facility, 8hrs game drive and 2hrs drive from Lake Manyara National park to Lake Eyasi Day, Bush man village tour (hadzabe tribe) in Lake Eyasi Destination Description and attractions: lake Eyasi is well known due to the authentic tribe of the Hadzabe people, who lives in the jungle and obtain their food via hunting and this feature has made them being nicknamed as the Bushman of Tanzania. Here you will be able to learn the hadzabe culture and the survival skills in the jungle, such as hunting skills and fishing skills and other wild surviving skills. However, you will visit the other two tribes of datoga and Mbulu in the village. Activities: Morning breakfast, walking tours in the village, hunting, spot fishing and drive to the Arusha town for dinner and overnight at Javes Hotel. Meal Plan: Breakfast at Lake Eyasi Tented camp, Lunch will be hot lunch at one of the restaurants in the village and dinner in Arusha town at Javes Hotel. Overnight: At Javes Hotel in Arusha Town Time and Distance: 02:00Am pick up from the accommodation facility, walking tour visiting the village, hunting, spot fishing and drive from Lake Eyasi to Arusha Town. Day 9, departure After tis fantastic safari holiday this will be your departure day, where the driver will pick you from the Hotel and take you to the airport depending on your flight departure time.
