Overview
Visit Weisshorn Distillery, we use copper stills to distill. Our barrels mature with the SOUNDCASK method, where music is one more ingredient. Each barrel has a speaker adopted, generating small vibrations that improve the maturation of the distillate.

Description
WEISSHORN DESTILERIA
Weisshorn Distillery is located in Sanlúcar de Barrameda in the area known for Sherry wines. We took the name of the ship that ran aground in 1994 in our records, which over the years deteriorated, forming an iconic silhouette that was part of the horizon, which is what we use for our logo. We are an artisanal distillery where we use raw materials from the land to make our distillates, especially Sherry wines. In our facilities we will teach you how to make and the history of each of our products and how we vibrate our barrels for maturation. We currently have some kegs with music from the legendary band Jethro Tull, where we have a collaboration. Once the visit is over we will offer you a tasting of three drinks with three appetizers.
