Stand Up Puddle
If you're seeking a thrilling adventure off the picturesque coast of Los Cristianos, Diving Atlantis has just the experience for you. Whether you're a seasoned enthusiast or a curious beginner, our stand up paddling excursion promises a unique and unforgettable journey on the shimmering waters of Tenerife. Stand up paddling, also known as SUP, has rapidly gained popularity worldwide for its accessibility. At Diving Atlantis we offer a 2 hour tour with one hour of guided instruction on how to stand up and paddle the right way and then you get another hour to practice your newly learned skills.
The time that is automatically displayed on the booking is subject to change depending on the number of bookings and the weather on that day. Wait for email confirmation and keep your contact number switched on.
Bring a towel, a swimsuit and drinks. You can leave your personal belongings at the dive center.
We provide a transfer from your hotel 20-30 minutes before the start of the program and give advance notice of the car's arrival time. A trip from Callao Salvaje to El Medano and back costs 2 Euros per passenger. From Los Gigantes, Alcala, Playa San Juan, Abama - 15 Euros per car.
We only pick up guests from the southern part of the island.

The session lasts 2 hours: one hour lesson with an individual instructor who teaches you surfing techniques on the board, and one hour of free time during which you practice your new skills and enjoy the beautiful views at the same time.
If you don't have any experience, don't worry. Most of the participants of our tour are doing this for the first time. It's not difficult. SUP-surfing is a lot of fun, regardless of your skills.
