Paddle Boarding lesson in Gran Canaria
Stand Up Paddle Boarding is an easy learning sport. However you should learn some basics to make this possible so you can enjoy the experience and not get frustrated of the lack of balance.
We will begin with a brief theoretical introduction on land, to quickly move on to the water and put everything into practice. You will learn to control your board, find balance and we will delve into paddling technique.
Depending on how you progress and how much you want to take a dip, we can even learn to spin in a more advanced way.
Can you feel the heat of the sun, the sea breeze on your skin and the smell of the sea? Through paddle surfing you will enjoy a different day at the beach while exercising and strengthening your entire body.
What there is no doubt is that there will be a before and after. And don't rule out becoming addicted to this sport.
