6 Hour Pilanesberg Ultimate Open Vehicle Guided Game Drive
If you are looking for the best game viewing experience in Johannesburg but have limited time, then the Pilanesberg day tour will be a trip for you.
Enjoy the abundance of wildlife from an open vehicle experience on a guided game drive of Pilanesberg National Park. Upon arrival an experienced field guide will collect you from the Visitors Centre on a 4X4 open Safari vehicle for a guided game drive in the park. Enjoy this spectacular game reserve, during which your field guide will keep you well informed about the park, the game and their primal habits. You will be provided with bottled water, however you are more than welcome to bring your own refreshments along. The park is home to the Big 5 and other mammals of South Africa. Keep your eyes peeled for lion, leopard, elephant, rhino and buffalo, among others. You may also encounter zebra, giraffe, cheetah, hyena, hippo, crocodile, jackal, wild dogs, antelope and over the 300 bird species that are found in this park.

Pick up at your hotel, welcome and general introduction. Your guide will brief you about the tour and drive for about 2hour 30min to Pilanesberg National Park.
6 hours
On arrival you will receive a short briefing about the park and the program of the day.
The tour departs at 9:00 for 6 hours, and an experienced field guide will collect you from the Visitors Centre on a 4X4 open Safari vehicle when you will enjoy the first 3 hours of the game drive.
During the heat of the day, you will stop for an hour when you will enjoy a light meal lunch at one of the many rest camps in the park before departing again and continuing again on your open vehicle guided Safari game drive for 2 hours. At the end of the Game drive you will be dropped back at the Visitors Centre.

After this fascinating experience you will be picked up by our Guide for a 2 hours 30 minutes drive back to Johannesburg where you will be dropped back at your hotel
