Description
Pau Making Workshop / Factory Tour / Dim Sum Tasting (Private Group)
During the 2 hour workshop and mini-factory tour, you'll get hands-on experience in kneading, pleating, and learn techniques to help you craft fancy looking paus to bring home. You will get to taste some of our dim sums and have a better understanding on the truly Singapore blend of chinese and malay flavours in Nury's Premium Halal Dim Sum. Also, learn the manufacturing process of our paus and compliance with the various accreditation requirements (ISO, MUIS, Bizsafe, etc.) and our partnerships with the community to combat food waste.
Date: Saturdays Morning (or Weekdays Afternoon)
Duration: Approximately 2 hours
Location: 8A Admiralty St, #07-34, Food Xchange@Admiralty, Singapore 757437 (meet at level 7 lift lobby) (please see Locate Us for more details)
Attire: comfortable clothing and shoes
Class Size: Private Group Session (up to 24 pax). For additional pax above 24 pax, we can take up to a maximum of 32 person per class, each additional pax from the 25th participant will be charged at $50 per participant*)

0015-0020 - Learn how to mix and knead the dough
0020-0045 - Demonstration and hands-on to pleat your very own red bean paus
0045-0105 - Demonstration and hands-on for one cute pau. (including learning design and crafting techniques)
0105-0130 - Hands on to make your very own pau (with the help of instructors)
0130-0145 - Dim Sum Platter Tasting (while the hand-made paus are cooked)
0145-0200 - Debrief, packing of Paus, purchase of more dim sum, Q&A.
