Refunds generally take 1 to 7 business days for the funds to appear in your account and it depend on the payment method you've used to pay the required booking deposit:
- If you've paid your booking deposit with your PayPal account, you will get refund in 1-2 days.
- If you've paid your booking deposit with your credit or debit card, you will get refund in 3-7 days.
If your booking was rejected or cancelled very soon after booking, your bank may simply reverse the charge. In these cases, your bank will generally remove the temporary, pending authorization from your card (usually within 3 days).

While we strive to make sure everything is perfect, sometimes things may not go as planned.
Requesting a refund is easy.
If the booking is cancelled by you and refundable (see our Cancellation Policy):
1. Go to TripsPoint.com and log into your account via the "Log In" button found at the top of the page. After you are loggen in, click on your Nickname on the top right corner of the page and you will automatically be taken to your Account Settings. If you generally log in via Facebook, you may find that you're already logged in, as we do use Facebook's automatic log in tool. If you are already logged in, simply click on your account name at the top of the page.
2. At your Account Settings page at the bottom of left hand side menu find 'Bookings' section and click 'Cancelled by me Bookings'.
3. Choose corresponding booking and click the 'ASK REFUND' in the booking box and then complete and send the Refund Form.
If the booking is cancelled by local Supplier (all these cancellation are fully refundable):
1. Go to TripsPoint.com and log into your account via the "Log In" button found at the top of the page. After you are loggen in, click on your Nickname on the top right corner of the page and you will automatically be taken to your Account Settings. 2. At your Account Settings page at the bottom of left hand side menu find 'Bookings' section and click 'Cancelled by Supplier Bookings'.
3. Choose corresponding booking and click the 'ASK REFUND' in the booking box and then complete and send the Refund Form.
