There are a few ways to create your User Account on TripsPoint.com:
1. Click Sign Up button on the upper part of any page of the website and then enter your e-mail (your e-mail will be your login as well) and choose and confirm your password. Click Create Account button. That's it.
2. If you prefer to login to your account with your Facebook or Google account, click Sign Up button on the upper part of any page of the website and then choose one of the options:
- Log In with Facebook
- Log In with Google
3. Your User Account will be created automatically using provided e-mail address when you've placed your first booking at TripsPoint.
To log in to your User Account on TripsPoint.com:
Click Log In button on the upper part of any page of the website and then:
- If you've created your Account using your e-mail and password, provide that e-mail and your password. Then click Log In button below. That's it.
- If you have been doing bookings using your Facebook or Google account then choose one of the options:
- Log In with Facebook
- Log In with Google
Please, use only one of these features to log in. If you use your email and passwrd firstly and then next time log in with your Facebook or Google account, he system may create another User Account for you, because these e-mails could be different and your e-mail address is your unique account ID.
In order to fill up or change the contact information that you currently have on your account, please follow the steps below:
1. Go to TripsPoint.com and log into your account via the "Log In" button found at the top of the page. After you are loggen in, click on your Nickname on the top right corner of the page and you will automatically be taken to your Account Settings. If you generally log in via Facebook, you may find that you're already logged in, as we do use Facebook's automatic log in tool. If you are already logged in, simply click on your account name at the top of the page.
2. From your Account Settings page you can change and update any personal information except of your e-mail, which's your account ID.
3. To upload a Profile Photo simply click on the image on the left in your Account Settings and then browse, choose and upload your new profile photo.
Please, remember, your real Name and Surname is visible only for you and will be showed only to you, to TripsPoint Support Team and to a Supplier, if you have made booking. Other TripsPoint users will see only your Nickname (the 1st field in the Account Settings). Automatically your nickname is created ad the 1st part of your email address before @. You can always change your Nickname in Account Settings.
No, you are able to make a booking as a guest, but you will have to provide required information.
If you have placed a booking at TripsPoint.com, an account has been generated for you automatically for your convenience. This will allow you to access your bookings in the future for any adjustments or information that you may need and you will be able to use TripsPoint Messenger to communicate directly with our local Suppliers.
Your account will be under the e-mail address that you used to sign up or book.
Your account on TripsPoint does NOT store your credit card details.
Your account is the simplest way for you to manage your bookings, communicate through TripsPoint Messenger with TripsPoint local Suppliers, local Destination Managers to get support for your upcoming trips.
In order to deactivate/delete your User Account, please, log in to TripsPoint.com and submit a Support Ticket with request to deactivate or delete your User Account.
On each page in the top, press the button 'Log In'. Then simply enter your e-mail address and password and click LOG IN button.
