How can I leave a Review and rate the tour I've booked?

You are able to Review and rate any tour, activity, holiday accommodation or rental service you've booked and realized on TripsPoint.

To leave a Review and rate, please:

1. Log in to TripsPoint and go to your user accont (click your nickname on the right corner on the header of website).

2. Using left hand side menu go to 'Reviews' section and click 'Reviews to do'

3. You will see the list of your realised bookings with a button 'Leave a Review' by each one. Click the button to leave a review.

Please, remember:

- You can leave a review only after you've realised the booking.

- You cannot leave a review for a listing, if you have not booked and/or have not realised it.

- You can also add photos to your review

- Your review will be public and will be published both on the listing page and on your personal travel blog on TripsPoint

- In the future you will be able also get Suppliers reviews as the Traveler (we are working with that feature)

Does TripsPoint moderate Reviews?

Most reviews will be accepted and posted automatically.

Occasionally your review may be stopped for moderation, but we generally post these reviews within 2-3 business days.

A Review will be removed, if it violate TripsPoint Terms & Conditions.

Can anyone leave a Review on TripsPoint?

Only Travelers who have booked through TripsPoint may leave a Review on the tours, activities, holiday accommodations, rental services that they have experienced.

How much time do I have to leave a Review?

Any realised bookings within 1 year days after travel are available to be reviewed.

Can I add photos of my experience to my Review?

Yes, you can. You can add up to 15 photos to each Review you leave.

To leave a Review with Photos, please:

1. Log in to TripsPoint and go to your user accont (click your nickname on the right corner on the header of website).

2. Using left hand side menu go to 'Reviews' section and click 'Reviews to do'

3. You will see the list of your realised bookings with a button 'Leave a Review' by each one. Click the button to leave a review and you will see the option to add photos to your Review.

Please, add only photos made by you personally and only the photos related to the booked tour, activity, holiday accommodation or local rental service.

Why hasn’t my review been published?

Please, be assured that we publish all Reviews, regardless of feedback and/or rating. However, our Reviews are screened prior to publishing in order to avoid spam or inappropriate language. Our system is automatically checking Reviews for spam and inappropriate language - if those are detected it send an alert to our moderators and then our Team is checking out such a Reviews manually. That's why it may removed, edited or delayed to appear.

What's prohibited to write in Review?

Both in the Review's text and photos are prohibited following:

- Inappropriate language

- Spam

- Advertising

- Phone numbers

- E-mails

- Website urls

- Addresses

- Trade Names, Company Names

Any Review containing listed items will be edited or removed.

Can I leave a Review in other language or in English only?

TripsPoint is oriented to English speaking Travelers from all the world around and therefore we strongly recommend to write your Reviews in English.

If you're not sure about your English, you can always use for fee online translation services like Google Translate or another one.
