Travel insurance is not required, even sometimes provided by TripsPoint local Suppliers. We highly recommend that you purchase a comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure to protect your travel purchases. TripsPoint doesn't offer a travel insurance, however our tours, trips, activities, holiday accommodations and rental services can be covered under various independent insurance programs, including civil responsibility of our local Suppliers. If you do purchase travel insurance, please review your policy carefully for its Terms & Conditions.
Each tour has its own age requirements.
Upon booking, on the tour or activity page under Important Information section you will see the appropriate age range allowed for the tour or activity, if there are age limits.
If the tour is guided in the Overview section on the tour page you can see available tour languages. Usually it means along the tour you have a professional tour guide guiding the tour in one or a few specified languages.
Some tours or Activities doesn't require the guide and have a pilots, instructors or simply provider's team member who take care of you along the tour. In this case it's marked as "Not Guided" tour, because it doesn't require a professional tour guide.
If an activity is conducted in your language, that doesn’t mean it is only conducted in your language. Many guides are multilingual and give tours in multiple languages. That apply especially to the cheap coach tours and big group tours. But don’t worry! You won’t miss out on any interesting and important information.
TripsPoint doesn't offer a visa or visa documentation support and isn't able to offer advice regarding visas, passports or health requirements for International travelers.

Private tours will only include your group and the guide/driver. These tours offer the most personalized attention and the best experience, and some will allow you to customize the tour.
Small group tours are typically eight to 16 guests, providing a more intimate experience while retaining a lower cost.
Standard tours are typically groups of 16 or more guests. Usually it mens you are in a big coach or boat with a lot of other people you don't know and you cannot expect any special or personal attention.
With the exception of transfers and multi-day tours, baggage is usually not allowed on tours due to space constraints. We recommend checking with your hotel concierge, as most hotels will hold your luggage in a secure location before check-in or after check-out.
You may consult this situation directly with the tour Supplier using TripsPoint Messenger prior to the tour or at the time of Reconfirmation Call.
Please, check with your doctor to verify suitability for any tour and to check for any special requirements they may have for you.
Some tours and activities prohibit participation due to safety reasons, if you are pregnant. You can check it under the Important Information section on the tour page.
Most of our local tour Suppliers are able to provide child seats. Please, send the request directly to the tour Supplier using TripsPoint Messenger right after you've made booking. You may also call with the request about child seats directly to the tour Supplier once you receive your Voucher.
There may be an additional cost involved, depending on the local tour Supplier.
In most cases animals are not allowed to come with you on a tour with an exception being made for service animals.
If you do have a service animal who needs to come with you on a tour, be sure to contact the local tour Supplier using TripsPoint Messenger after you have booked to see if they need any special paperwork or information from you to allow your animal.
