In most of the cases, you are not obligated to show your national ID card or passport, but we recommend the Lead Passenger will have the travel document with photo ID. Sometimes, for security purposes, you will need to show an ID that matches the Lead Traveller name you used when you've made booking. Children, generally, do not need photo ID.
Please, check your Voucher details under the Important Information section to see, if it required to show a photo ID or passport or what may be required for you.
If you need to change the name on your booking, please, contact Supplier directly through the TripsPoint Messenger to make a change to your booking.
Some tours, activities, holiday accommodation or rental services Suppliers don't permit changes after you've made the booking. For your peace of mind, be sure the name on our Voucher matches the name on your photo ID when you book!
Confirmation will be received within up to 48 hours of booking (in fact it's much faster in the most of cases) - during this time we are also reconfirming availability and booking details with the Supplier. Once we receive notification from our local Supplier, you will receive a second email with either Voucher / Booking Confirmation or notice that the tour is unavailable for your requested time/date. If the tour is unavailable, you will be able to use alternative options or get the booking deposit refund. If you have passed the 48 hour mark and your booking is still pending, you may contact TripsPoint Support Team and we will follow up with the local Supplier.
It depend on your Voucher type.
In the header of your Voucher under the text 'Tour/Activity Ticket & Booking Confirmation' you always have instuction, if you need to print your Voucher or it will be enough just save it to your smartphone to show on the activity beginning.
TripsPoint Suppliers accept different Voucher types:
1. e-Voucher - meaning that you shouldn't print it and it will be enough to save the Voucher to your smartphone to show on the activity beginning to redeem your Voucher.
2. Printed Voucher - meaning that you will have to print your Voucher and take it with you to present printed Voucher on the activity beginning.
3. e-Voucher & printed Voucher - meaning that your activity Supplier accept both Voucher types and you can choose by yourself to print it or to save it to your smartphone.
For the peace of your mind we recommend you to print even e-Voucher, so you wouldn't miss it, because low battery, lost phone, etc.
After your booking is confirmerd you will receive Booking Confirmation e-mail with attached Voucher. Your Voucher is always in '.pdf' format, so it's easy to print or save to your smartphone.
You can also always access and download your Voucher from your TripsPoint user account. To download your Voucher, login to TripsPoint with e-mail you've made booking, then go to 'My Bookings' section in the menu on the left hand side, choose 'Confirmed Bookings', choose from the list the activity you've booked and need Voucher and click 'Download Voucher' button.
Most Vouchers will be received within time frame between 15 to 60 minutes.
Occasionally, the Voucher could be delayed up to 48 hours to receive confirmation from our Supplier. Delays are possible because the objective reasons like difference in time zones (it could be deep night or simply not business hours, or national holiday in the country of your destination where local Supplier is located). Once confirmation is received, your voucher will be e-mailed to you.
If you don’t see your voucher within 48 hours time frame, please, check your spam or junk folder as sometimes our e-mails do get caught.
If you've checked your spam or junk folder and still don't see your Voucher after 48 hours passed, please, contact TripsPoint Support Teem, so our support team members will follow up with the local Supplier.
In most cases, your Voucher will act as your ticket. If you require a separate ticket for your activity, tour or attraction the ticket will be given to you when you check in for your tour using the instructions under the Important Information section of your Voucher.
Be sure to check your voucher to see if the activity, tour or attraction Provider is able to accept a printed or e-Voucher. If the activity, tour or attraction Provider can accept an e-Voucher, you'll be able to use your smartphone or tablet instead of printing a copy of the Voucher.
To make your travels easy, we offer two ways to access your Voucher:
Through e-mail
You will receive your Voucher in your booking confirmation email. Usually within 15 to 60 minutes of booking your activities. However, sometimes it takes up to 48 hours to confirm certain activities. We suggest adding no-reply@tripspoint.com to your Safe Senders list to make sure you receive all our emails, including this one. If you don’t receive the email, check your spam/junk folder.
Through your User Account on TripsPoint.com
You can always access your Voucher through your TripsPoint account.
Simply log in to your account on TripsPoint.com or create/reset your password. You can do this on your computer or smartphone. Once you’re logged in, here’s how to find your vouchers:
1. Click on your User Name in the top right corner of TripsPoint.com
2. Using left hand side menu go to 'My Bookings' section and click 'Confirmed Bookings'. You will see all of your bookings with option to download Vouchers for each booking.
3. Download your Voucher.
Don’t have an account? Don’t worry! We've created one for you using your e-mail address when you've placed your first booking to help you keep your journey organized. You've received e-mail with your User Account and the link to activate your User Account. Just activate the link and enjoy using TripsPoint with all its features!
Booking Confirmation is typically received within 48 hours of booking, but it is subject to availability. Once we receive notification from our local Supplier, a second email is sent with either Booking Confirmation with attached Voucher or notice that the tour is unavailable for your requested time/date.
In rare cases a tour, activity, holiday accommodation or a rental service may return unavailable due to a few different reasons:
- The tour date or time requested is no longer available
- Unexpected closures of locations visited or roads used during tour, etc.
- Bad weather forecast for requested date, so the activity is cancelled for safety reasons
- All places are fully booked for requested date
We apologize for any inconvenience, however feel free to check our TripsPoint.com for similar tours, activities or holiday accommodations that you may enjoy.
Bookings rejected by our Supplier will generally be refunded immediately. However, if we have e-mailed you with options for this booking, we may not begin the refund process until we hear back from you concerning those options. Please always be sure to reply as soon as possible with what you would like to do with your tour to give our Support Team the maximum amount of time to assist you.
These rare cases may happen in the case, if accepting your booking violate our Terms & Conditions and you are politically exposed person or government official of one of regimes that violate International law and/or human rights.
WE DON'T DO BUSINESS, DO NOT ACCEPT ANY ORDERS FROM POLITICALLY EXPOSED PERSONS, GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS AND ANY GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES OR REGIME SUPPORTERS FROM FOLLOWING COUNTRIES:
- North Korea
- Russia
- Zimbabwe
- Sudan
- Cuba
- Iran
- Syria
- Venezuela
- Armenia
- Bolivia
- Belarus
- Nicaragua
That doesn't mean we don't accept orders from all the citizens of these countries, but we will definitely refuse any booking and will close user account, if we may suspect you are:
- Politically Excosed Person
- One of these governments official
- One of these regimes supporter
If you've lost your saved e-Voucher form your phone or tablet or you've lost your printed Voucher, there's extremely easy to get a copy.
Please, log in to your TripsPoint user account, click on your user name on the upper right corner and in the left hand side menu click Bookings and then Confirmed Bookings. Then find on the list your booking and click Download the Voucher button.
After the Voucher donloaded you can save it in your devise and print, if it required.
You can also find the copy of your Voucher in your e-mail inbox as attachment to your booking confirmation message.
