Availability
I would like to book, but your calendar doesn't go out that far. What can I do?

The availability is updated by Suppliers directly. The activity or holiday accommodation in which you are interested will be updated, however we are unfortunately unable to advise when this process will be completed. In this case, you have three options available:

1. You may save the listing to your Wishlist and check back closer to your desired travel date. Once a tour is saved in your Wishlist, it will be saved for future reference under the Wishlist tab in your account.

2. Many of listed activities and accommodations are quite similar. You may also wish to Search for similar activities or holiday accommodations that you may enjoy that have availability for the dates you require.

3. If there are no nothing similar or not enough time left, you may contact TripsPoint Support Team providing listing ID or name desired dates and number of travellers and ask to check the availability directly with the Supplier especially for you.

How do I check availability?

You can check availability at any time by beginning the booking process, selecting a tour, activity date, holiday accommodation or rental service period. Don't worry - you won't be committed to your booking until after you've entered your credit card details and paid booking deposit!

Our Destination Managers are always checking availability reconfirming it directly with our Suppliers after the booking received. For some listings it may take longer time, even up to 24 hours, because the time zones difference, holidays or weekends, so you will still need to wait for confirmation. The date will show available if the tour operator is operating on that date, but we can't guarantee availability until you receive your Voucher / Booking Confirmation.

Even though the dates show available, we can never be sure how much availability is left. Always book as soon as possible to lock in your dates!

I cannot select the date that I’m looking for. What can I do?

If you cannot select desired date, that simply means the date is not available, because the activity/accommodation is not offered or it's fully booked on that day or period. TripsPoint unfortunately does not offer a waitlist for any of our listing.

In this case you may either consider an alternative date or you may search for a similar tour, activity or accommodation which may have availability on your desired date.
