How do I cancel my booking?

In most cases, you can cancel your booking for a full refund up to 7 days before the beginning of your tour, activity, holiday accommodation or rental period . However, please check TripsPoint 'Terms & Conditions' and our detailed Cancellation Policy for your specific activity.

To cancel your booking, please:

1. Go to TripsPoint.com and log into your account via the "Log In" button found at the top of the page. After you are loggen in, click on your Nickname on the top right corner of the page and you will automatically be taken to your Account Settings. If you generally log in via Facebook, you may find that you're already logged in, as we do use Facebook's automatic log in tool. If you are already logged in, simply click on your account name at the top of the page.

2. At your Account Settings page at the bottom of left hand side menu find 'Bookings' section and click 'Confirmed Bookings'.

3. Choose corresponding booking and click the 'Cancel Order' in the booking box.

Please, remember, you can cancel only confirmed booking - it's not possible to cancel booking until it confirmed or refused by the local Supplier.

How will I know if my booking has been cancelled?

Unfortunately, unforseen circumstances will occasionally require that a booking is cancelled last minute. While we do everything possible to avoid this, our local Suppliers try to notify you as quickly as possible, if a tour, activity, holiday accommodation or a rental service has been cancelled.

They will generally notise you through TripsPoint Messenger or try to call, if they can reach you by phone. Make sure to check your e-mail often, as they may also message to let you know of schedule changes or meeting point updates.

I am unable to cancel my recently made booking from my account. How can I cancel my booking?

There is one reason why you may be unable to cancel your booking from your User Account:

- The booking you've made may in the 'Just Booked - Awaiting Voucher' section of your User Account. That means your booking is not confirmed with the local Supplier yet. You may just need to wait for the booking confirmation with Voucher to come into the 'Confirmed Bookings' section, so you can request cancellation.

NOTE: The booking you've made may be non-refundable. To check, if the booking you've made is refundable or not, please, check out Cancellation Policy. You can cancel non-refundable bookings, but you wouldn't be able to get a refund.

What if the local Supplier cancels a booking?

Your paid booking deposit is 100% refundable in the event of cancellation by the Supplier.

If the Supplier fails to appear on the date, time and venue outlined on your Voucher, the deposit is also 100% refundable and you can review the Supplier accordingly.

If you wish to accept a new time/date, the guide can agree on a new time and date after the booking has been confirmed.
