Kigali City Tour - 2 Days

Day 1 of Kigali City Tour - Historic sites tour

After breakfast, you will start the tour with visiting Kigali Genocide Memorial; the final resting place for more than 250,000 victims of the Genocide against the Tutsi in Rwanda. It honours the memory of the more than one million Rwandans killed in 1994 through education and peace-building.

Afterwards, we will head to the Presidential Palace Museum; The Arts Museum is one of the new museums in Kigali, giving visitors a chance to visit the former state house as well as gain an overview of Rwandan Arts work.

Alternatively, we can also visit Richard Kandt House, which houses some interesting information on Rwanda’s flora, fauna geology and biological history or the Campaign Against Genocide Museum. You may choose also to visit Camp Kigali Memorial.

Lunch at your Hotel or recommended Restaurant.

In the Afternoon, we will show you important places of the city and visit local markets (Either Kimironko or Nyamirambo) and taste some of the products and discuss with local people of your choice.

The tour will end at 4:30 PM and head to the Hotel.

Day 2 of Kigali City Tour - Mount Kigali Hiking

A trip to the top of Mt. Kigali for views of the city and the countryside. To the top of the mountain, you can perform different activities including horse ride, trail ride, zip lines.

On the way back from the Hiking, you will visit Nyamirambo Women Center and do some shopping for your souvenir.

The Kigali City Tour includes pick up from your hotel in Kigali or from the airport and transportation by private vehicle during the tour and drop off at the end of the tour, lunch and snacks are provided. Customers are assisted to book hotel of their preferences.
