Really unhappy that when I went to Siam park after buying the twin ticket of loro and siam park the voucher from tripspoint... Show full review ➤ Really unhappy that when I went to Siam park after buying the twin ticket of loro and siam park the voucher from tripspoint didn't work and we had to wait a long time for the tickets to be sorted out. Also when the bus picked us up at loro park 15 minutes too late, the driver took his 15 minute break! So we were delayed by half an hour  Hide review

I knew in advance that we would have to hike back down but it was also a fantastic experience. My guide Josue was a really good guy and was at all times polite and supportive. We needed cramp ons once we got to over 3000 metres which he thankfully had and supplied to me. I was collected and returned to my hotel in a very timely fashion. Fair price including transfers. all on time + freedom of visiting Siam park on a day you want, even without any formalities. The bus to Loro Parque was on time and we had just 2 stops on the way. As our hotel served breakfast from 7:30AM, and was more than hour away from cable car station we had to skip the breakfast in... Show full review ➤ As our hotel served breakfast from 7:30AM, and was more than hour away from cable car station we had to skip the breakfast in order to make it there in time. The scheduled meeting time stated on voucher was 8:45AM. To our surprise, all the other guides started boarding the cable car and our was nowhere to be found. When I called the agency, it was obvious, that I had caused a mini heartattack because they had clearly forgotten about us. So I found out that the meeting time was rescheduled to 9:45AM and no one bothered to inform us in advance. We had to wait another hour for our guide - that we could have done at our hotel during breakfast... After he arrived, everything went well and we were happy to get up top. But apart from "sorry", which didn't even sound sincere, we didn't receive any other refund.  Hide review

I wouldn't agree it stops the feeling of sea sickness but that's my personal opinion it may depend where you sit on boat we were at the rear. The glass bottom boat is there but isn't really used as a focus point. It's more about the pilot whales which you see on every boat trip in Tenerife. We have done 3 different boat trips in Tenerife and they are all similar so don't pay more money as it really isn't any different to others. Where they stop for people to swim and snorkel isn't a lovely location in fact quite scary as you can't see the bottom of the sea bed clearly. Only 1 person got off! 3hrs is a longtime it could be shortened to 2hrs. Especially think if you are taking young children as they will probably get bored! I know there was one child on board who just fell asleep. This is my personal honest opinion. Just don't waste any money as this is nothing special just an expensive boat. That tourist are probably paying for.  Hide review
