Everest Base Camp Trek is an anventure tour which takes you till Everest base camp which is at an altitude of 5364 m above sea level. The trip starts in vibrant Kathmandu, flight to scariest Lukla airport and trek for days via Phakding, Namche Bazaar, Lobuche, Gorak Shep.

Arrive at Kathmandu, cultural and administrative capital of Nepal. Visit some of the popular heritage sites. Fly early morning to small airstrip at Lukla which is also one of the most dangerious airports in the world. From Lukla start walking for several days till Everest Base camp and back. Once getting back to Kathmandu, some free time to explore around yourself and celebrate your successful trekking to Everest Base Camp in Kathmandu's popular local restaurant.

Day 01: Arrive Kathmandu (1400 m)
On Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, Our office representative will meet you at Airport and transfer to your pre-booked Hotel with air-conditioned.
Evening visit Boudhanath Stupa and Pashupatinath Temple.
Overnight at Hotel.
Day 02: Fly Kathmandu-Lukla (40 min flight) then begin trek to Phakding (2651m,4 hrs trek)
We take an early morning flight to Lukla which is where all Everest treks begin. We meet the rest of our team in Lukla and start trekking from there. We walk on a trail that gradually descends to Cheplung village from where we get a glimpse of Mt. Khumbila, a sacred mountain which has never been climbed. From here, we gradually descend until Phakding.

Day 03: Trek to Jorsale-Namche Bazaar (3438 m, 6 hrs trek)
Our trail passes through a pine forest and we continue our walk on the trail that goes north up the Benkar valley. We cross Dudh Koshi River a nd pass Chumoa and Monjo villages before reaching the entrance of the Everest National Park. Then after crossing a suspension bridge, we pass Jorsale village and walk alongside of the Dudh Koshi and Bhote Koshi rivers. We ascend on a steep trail and reach Namche Bazaar which is probably the biggest town in the Everest region.

Day 04: Day for acclimatization.
We can tour Namche Bazaar which is the primary town of the Everest or Khumbu region and has government offices, ATMs, internet cafes, shops, restaurants, and a colorful market. We can hike-up to Sagarmatha National Park and enjoy the sunrise over the Himalayas including Mt. Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Ama Dablam, Thamserku, Kongde and so on. If we are interested in a day hike, we can trek to Khumjung village. Today we also visit the Hillary School and a monastery which houses a yeti scalp!

Day 05: Trek to Phortse Gaon (3542 m, 6 hrs trek)
After having a breakfast trek from Thame to Khumjung (3,786m).Today, we trek to Khumjung from Thame. Climb up to the famous airstrip at Syangboche. Just above the airstrip is the Everest View Hotel, a Japanese scheme to build a deluxe hotel with great views of the highest mountains on Earth. The Khumjung valley is surrounded by the snowy peaks of Kongde and Thamserku and the scared peak Khumbila hosts a well known monastery that houses a yeti scalp. From Khumjung we hike to Phortse. Cross the lower slopes of Khumbila. Enjoy the mesmerizing views of Phortse; Cholatse and Taboche Also enjoy the views of Ama Dablam, Thamserku and Kangtanga among others. Phortse village lies in the Khumbu area south of Mount Everest, off the main trekking routes. It takes five hours walk.

Day 06: Trek to Periche (4371 m, 6 hrs trek)
After breakfast trek start from Phortse to Pangboche (3,985m). Today, we started with a hard but short climb and then moved steadily along a ridge to Pangboche. Visit the Pangboche Gompa; see the footprint of the Lama Sangwa Dorje. The houses of Pangboche n estle above the terraced fields, such as a large crescent moon in a semicircle on the slope. This is typical Sherpa villages and Namche Bazaar’s exactly the same location. On both sides of the village attracts around a sacred grove and surrounded it like a picture frame to the village. It takes four hours walk. The gompa here is worth visiting since it is considered to be the oldest in the region. Then the trail climbs to Pheriche 4371 m. You can find a medical facility where you can get information and medication for Altitude Sickness.

Day 07: Trek to Lobuche (4940 m, 5 hrs trek)
This day we will start on the straight path for some hours then climb up to Dugla. We cross a river made by a glacier then after a little climb we precede on straight path, which leads us to Lobuche base camp.

Day 08: Trek to Gorak Shep (5160 m, 3.5 hrs trek)
It takes about 3.5 hours to Gorakshep Gorakshep is situated the original of Everest Base Camp. The panoramic view of Nuptse, Lho-La and Khumbu Tse emerge at the forefront of you. There is also a chance to hear sound of the avalanche and also can be seen on the way.

Day 09: Trek to Lobuche via Everest Base Camp
It takes 3 hours t o go and back to Everest Base Camp. It makes more comfortable for the altitude to hike up and come down for the night stay. Today it seems like a great day of your trek king because of you will reach your destination. Trek up the valley a short look of the Khumbu Glacier following the rocky path, on the lap of Kala Patthar (5545m) and Mt. Pumori (7145 m) and trek back to Gorakshep to Lobuche.

Day 10: Trek to Tengboche (3860 m)
Today is downhill most of the way, as we retrace our steps to Duglha and descend to Pheriche. The Himalayan Rescue Association has a trekkers aid post here and it is quite interesting to visit and we head on down to the lovely twin villages of Pangboche. New Pangboche is where we’ll stay and Old Pangboche is home to the oldest monastery in the Khumbu, founded in 1667, which houses relics said to be the skull and hand of a yeti. We continue to follow the river and, after crossing it, climb back up through birch and rhododendron forest to Tengboche.

Day 11: Trek to Monjo (2804 m, 5 hrs trek)
From Tengboche we descend to the bridge over the Dudh Kosi at Phunki Tenga, where there are water driven prayer wheels, before making our way back up from the valley floor before contouring around, with those incredible views, to Namche and then trek trail to Monjo.

Day 12: Trek to Lukla (2860 m, 5 hrs trek)
Our final day's trekking follows the Dudh Kosi back down to Lukla. This last evening in the mountains is the ideal opportunity for a farewell party with the sherpa guides and porters, where we can sample some chang, try Sherpa dancing and look back on a memorable trekking experience.

Day 13: Fly Lukla-Kathmandu (40 min flight)
Fly back to Kathmandu. Upon arrival in Kathmandu, transfer to hotel.

Evening Cultural Show and Farewell Dinner at Nepali Restaurant.

Day 15: Final Departure
After breakfast free time at your own.
