From the Annapurna Base camp you will be able to see Mt. Annapurna south (7219m), Himchuli (6441m), Annapurna I(8091m), Annapurna III(7555m), Gangapurna(7455m) and Fishtail(6993m) etc. Once you reach this Annapurna Base Camp you will feel like you are in the heaven of Mountains in Nepal.

Annapurna base camp 7 Days Trek in Nepal is one of the best trekking destinations to do within a short period of time. We can start trekking to Annapurna Base camp trek by driving to Nayapul from Pokhara or from Ghandruk. Ghandruk is a beautiful Gurung village where you can see the view of Mt. Annapurna Himal ranges and Fishtail.
The trekking starts hiking from Ghandruk to Chumrong. Where your trekking trail leads through different villages, Rhodendron forest, Bambo trees, and waterfall on the way. The places that you will pass through and stay overnight are Ghandruk, Chumrong, Sinuwa, Bamboo, Himalaya, Deurali, MBC, and ABC which is the last destination of the trek and you will return from the same trail.

Day 01: – Pokhara drive to Kade (1130m) and trekking to Kade (1790m/5873ft), 30 minutes drive and Walking distance 4-5 hours
The start of the trail heads up the hill on a set of steps across the road. The central part of Dhampus valley is on the top of the ridge, more than 500m above. The trail climbs to the rhododendron forest and passes to Pothana (1990m). The view of Machhapuchhare (6997m) is excellent from here, except that from this angle it looks more like Matterhorn than a fishtail. The trail emerges in the central Modi Khola valley and reaches Pottana. Meals included: Lunch and Dinner.
Day 02: – Pottana trekking to Jhinu (2040m): Walking distance 5-6 hours.
After breakfast, we will work through lovely terraces to Landruk a beautiful Gurung village that provides you excellent view from the Landruk trail continues to Jhinu. Very almighty rhododendron forests and little gardens went passing through our path to the Chhomrong village. Above the town is the mighty peak of Annapurna South with the Mt. Fishtail, facing it across the valley. Chhomrong is a beautiful village with lots of Lodges providing excellent facilities. Chhomrong is a gateway to the Annapurna Sanctuary trek and inhabited by Gurung, one of the major ethnic groups of Nepal. Meals included: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.
Day 03: – Jhinu trekking to Dovan (2540m/6693ft): walking distance 6 hours
Leaving Jhinu, the trail descends via a stone staircase and crosses the Chhomrong Khola on a swaying Suspension bridge. Then climb out of the side valley passing through deep forests of bamboo, rhododendron, and oak. The portion of the day’s trek follows another ascent to Kuldi (2470m). Descend a long, steep, slippery stone staircase into a deep bamboo and rhododendron forest to the village of Dovan. Meals included: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.
Day 04: – Dovan trekking to Machhapuchhare Base Camp (3700m/12139ft): walking distance 6-7 hours
A trek of narrow Modi Khola valley brings you almost to the base of M.B.C. There’s technically no such thing as ‘Machhapuchhare Base Camp. Since ascents of the mountains are prohibited. The mountain views are breathtaking; the panorama includes Hiuchhuli, Annapurna ranges, and the ever-changing Machhapuchhare. This area is called the Annapurna sanctuary since mountains surround it. A vast amphitheater enclosed by a solid wall of snow-capped peaks which include Annapurna I, Annapurna III, and the fishtail spire of Machhapuchhare. Meals included: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.
Day 05: – Machhapuchhare Base Camp Trek to Annapurna Base Camp (4130m/13550ft) and back to Dovan.
The climb to Annapurna Base Camp takes under two hours. You descend a small ridge branching out from the mountain pass to the mountainside with broad terraced fields showcasing tranquil meadows and lush, fertile farming land. As you reach Annapurna South Base Camp, witness impressive picturesque landscapes, majestic panoramic view of snow-capped mountainous peaks, and varied Himalayan cultural settings tucked beneath the southern slopes of the Annapurna massive. Tremendous Annapurna Range stops your heartbeat for a while; a whole day without rest chill out around to explore ABC. In the end, we will drop down back to Dovan for the night. Meals included: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.
Day 06: – Dovan trek to Jhinu hot spring (1760m/5774ft): walking distance 6-7 hours
Ascend on a long, steep, slippery stone staircase from the village of Dovan. Climb out of the side valley passing through deep forests of bamboo, rhododendron, and oak to Chhomrong, from here steeply down trek more 45 minutes take to you Jhinu, where you can enjoy the natural hot spring small polls near Modi Khola. Meals included: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.
Day 07: – Jhinu hot spring trekking back to Pokhara Via Jhinu Danda: walking distance 6-7 hours
Today we will walk the down part of the trail mostly flat with spectacular mountain views. Traverse high above the river on a full stone-paved path to a large and prosperous town Birethanti (1000m). We continue our walk to Nayapul and catch a private vehicle to get to Pokhara. We spend a beautiful night in Pokhara city. You can have some expedition over famous city streets, End of your trek.
