The trek begins as you arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, Nepal's sole international airport. Your first stop will be Swoyambhunath, also known as the Monkey Temple, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The stunning architecture and breathtaking location of this monument are sure to leave you in awe. It serves as the perfect starting point for your trekking adventure.
