Nar Phu Valley Trek takes you on a remote trail to the isolated settlement of, Nar and Phu, located between Annapurna and Manaslu, the classic trekking destination of the country. These 12 days' trip provides you with a perfect opportunity to experience the authentic Himalayan culture and lifestyle of mountain people, chat along with locals observe the religious rituals along the way, explore monasteries and observe the ancient and remote villages of Nar and Phu.
Nar Phu Valley is the ultimate Himalayan wilderness experience having unspoiled valleys, featuring raw Himalayan landscapes with ancient Buddhist culture, and all along with wit the trail witness views of Himalayan giants of Annapurna II, Gangapurna, Manaslu, Tilicho with Dhaulagiri range, Lamjung Himal and Nilgiri. Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive in Kathmandu
Views of the mountain ranges and green hills welcome you to Kathmandu. Upon arriving, our representative will do a warm welcome to you in Nepal and pick you up from the airport and transfer you to your accommodation, after a brief rest, you may stroll around the hotel city.
Day 2: Kathmandu Sightseeing and Trek preparation day
You will wake up early morning then have your breakfast then be ready for your city tour. The valley of Kathmandu has various tourist attractions that you can choose from, you can have a guided tour of the city or stroll on your own. Head towards Pashupatinath a holy Hindu Shrine located on the banks of Bagmati River or to Patan Durbar Square's medieval royal square, Bhaudhhanath, Monkey temple, Kathmandu Durbar Square.
Later in the evening, you'll have a short briefing about the trip by your trekking guide. Then you will be taken to the Nepali restaurant to have a typical Nepali Thali set which will give you totally new experiences about the test. Then back to the hotel and spend your night with lovely dreams of your trek.

Day 3: Drive from Kathmandu to Koto (2,600m/8,528ft, 9-10 hrs)
Get up early morning then have your breakfast after that your guide will be there to pick you up then drive to the bus park according to the guide's instructions. Then drive head towards the settlement of Besisahar, the drive takes around 5 to 6 hours, from Besishar head towards Koto by local jeep, the road follows a rocky and dusty trail with an incredible view of the waterfalls and gorges flowing down the rocky terrains, you'll pass various settlements before reaching Koto. As, you reach Koto witness the majestic sights of Mount Manaslu Annapurna II, Lamjung, and many other snowcapped mountains. Then at the evening can go to explore the local village.

Day 4: Trek from Koto to Meta (3,560m/11,677ft/ 7-8 hrs)
After an early breakfast head towards the trail, today's trek is long so start early, follow the Phu River passing wild forest, small caves, and Dharmasalas (shelters made for pilgrims) along the way. Following the trail you'll pass through narrow canyons and waterfalls ascending through alpine tree lines, as you ascend you'll witness views of Lamjung Himal and Annapurna II, a gradual drop leads you to the plains of Meta.

Day 5: Trek from Meta to Phu Goan (4,080m/13,383ft/7-8 hrs)
Head towards Phu Goan after an early breakfast, the trail today is filled with colorful Tibetan Chortens, stop by to chat with some friendly locals and learn about their diverse cultures, traditions, and lifestyles. As, you'll leave Meta the trail winds up towards Nar and Phu, cross a suspension bridge, and head towards Chyakhu a high Himalayan dry land, from here head towards Kyang, and continue on a rocky path crossing Phu River, to Phu Goan.

Day 6: Acclimatization Day in Phu (4,080m/13,383ft)
Today is your day for acclimatization, as increases altitude, your body will need to acclimate to the thin oxygen. Nar Phu valley has various vantage points for acclimatization excursions after breakfast and goes on a hike around the village, to learn about the people and their culture, lifestyle, day-to-day life how they are surviving, what is the main agriculture things there. many more things to do in the village which is very interesting.

Day 7: Trek from Phu to Nar Phedi (3490 m/ 11,450 feet /4-5 hrs)
Today, retrace your steps back on the trail for a few hours, ascending through a small gorge at Phu Khola, you'll cross streams and a number of suspension bridges to Yughat, a small settlement with Chortens, and Mani walls. From Yughat, continue to Lapche River Gorge along with flora and towards Nar Phedi.
As you approach Nar Phedi, you'll notice a monetary on a high Himalayan flat land there are no tea houses in this region, and you will stay at the monastic school. Explore the monasteries learn about the way of life of the Himalayan people and in the evening be a part of their evening rituals.It will be the great day of trip.

Day 8: Trek from Nar Phedi to Nar Village (4,110m/13,481ft/2-3 hrs)
You will get up early morning then have your breakfast then be ready to move to Nar Village. Today's trek is short and takes you through a dust-winding path dotted with colorful stupas and Chortens. The settlement of Nar offers the picturesque sight of Pisang Peak and some more neighboring peaks and is seldom visited by travelers making it a perfect opportunity to learn about the lifestyle of the people living here. Explore the village as you reach Nar.

Day 9: Trek from Nar Village to Ngawal (3,660m/12,005ft/3-4 hrs) via the Kang La Pass (5,320m/17,450ft/7-8 hrs)
You will wake up very early morning then have your breakfast then take pack lunch for your day and head early towards the trail, as today's trail is long and hard, leave Nar village and after a short ascend arrive at Kang La Pass, from the pass you'll witness ranges of Gangapurna, Annapurna II, Tilicho peak and surrounding peaks, Hunde Airport, and Marsyangdi Valley.
After a brief time at the pass, descend towards Ngwal, and witness views of caves, yak pastures, and religious shelters on faraway lands. After a couple of hours, you'll reach the settlement of Nwagal. And chill your evening take rest and sleep nicely after your dinner.

Day 10: Trek from Ngawal to Pisang (3,200m/10,496ft/2-3 hrs) and drive to Besisahar (80km distance/7-8 hrs)
Today is your last hiking day, today also you will wake up very early morning then have your breakfast then start your trek to Pisang from Ngawal for a couple of hours. After you reach Pisang, head towards Besisahar by jeep. Once you reach Besisahar check in to your accommodation and rest. then drink, and chill your last day trek with your staff and team.

Day 11: Drive back from Besisahar to Kathmandu (176 km distance/ 6-7 hrs)
In the evening, a special cultural program and a farewell dinner will be served to commemorate the end of your journey.
