Everest base camp trekking can be done in 12 days start from Kathmandu and ends to Kathmandu. It is serious high-altitude hiking trail. You need to be mentally and physically fit to successfully complete the trek. You will stay in the T-house and guest houses along the way. It is quite clean and comfortable stay. You can eat fresh and hygienic local food in the T- house. Sometime, you can also eat Indian and Chinese cuisine

The Everest Base camp trek itinerary

Day 01: Arrival and transfer to hotel.

Day 02: Kathmandu to Lukla by air and trek to Manjo 2750m/12 km/5hrs.

Day 03: Trek to Namche bazaar 4 hrs/8km/3440 m.

Day 04: Explore Namche Bazar-visit Syangboche and Everest View hotel.

Day 05: Trek to Tengboche 5hrs/3800m/12km.

Day 06: Trek to Dingboche 5hrs/4400m/11 km

Day 07: acclimatize day and explore Chhukung valley

Day 08: Trek to Lobuche 3hrs/4900m

Day 09: Trek to Gorekshep 3hrs and explore Everest Base Camp and overnight at Gorekshep.

Day 10: Morning hike to Kala Patthar 1.5hrs (5545m) back to lodge and trek down to Dhugla/Pheriche.

Day 11: Trek to Tengboche.

Day 11: Trek to Namche Bazar.

Day 12: Trek to Lukla 7hrs/18km.

Day 13: Fly to Kathmandu

Day 14: Final departure
