Day 1: Marrakech - Ait Ben Haddou - Dades
Trek across the High Atlas Mountains to reach Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site known for its walled village and kasbah that have been used as filming and photo sites for Hollywood projects. En route, you will pass through a number of Berber settlements.
Proceed to Ouarzazate, also referred to as the "Gate of the Sahara," after some downtime and dinner at a nearby restaurant. Proceed to Boumalne Dades from there, where you can stay the night and enjoy the stunning views of Dades Valley.
Day 2: Dades - Todgha Gorges - Merzouga
After breakfast, check out of the accommodation and head to Tinghir to explore the Todgha Gorges. Take some time to explore the canyons, have lunch at a local cafe, and continue driving to Merzouga, where your camel caravan is waiting for you.
Riding a camel on the Erg Chebbi dunes, take in the sunset. Arrive at the desert tent before dusk and enjoy a traditional Moroccan supper served under the stars. You can learn how to play the Tam Tam drums from the local nomads as well. Spend the night there.
Day 3: Merzouga Ouarzazate - Marrakech
You can decide to see the dawn early in the morning after breakfast. You will then be driven back to Marrakech. to 8:00 PM, you should arrive to Djemaa El Fna or your original departure spot after stopping for lunch at a local restaurant.
