We will meet you today at your Casablanca lodging or the airport and drive you to Chefchaouen. In route, we’ll stop briefly at a few Rabat landmarks, like the Hassan Tower, before continuing on to the blue city of Chefchaouen. Lastly, spend the night in a genuine riad in the Medina.
You will have time today in the morning to continue exploring the enchantment of the city between the blue and white small streets of Chefchaouen and snapping further photos. We will go across the Rif mountains to reach Fez in the afternoon. Fez overnight.
Following breakfast at the riad, you will depart from Fez in direction of the Sahara desert. You’ll stop in Ifrane, dubbed the “Switzerland” of Morocco, to take in its splendor and take some priceless photos. To see the monkeys, you will then travel to the “cedar forest.” going on to Midelt to a restaurant for lunch. Then, on our way to Errachidia, we will cross the Tizi N Talghamt Pass and pause in the Ziz Valley Gorges, the first valley in Morocco to produce dates of high quality. The final city before we reach Merzouga is Erfoud, which is known for its fossils and dates, and is on the route to the Erg Chebbi Dunes of the Sahara Desert. You are going to ride a camel and walk to the desert camp in the afternoon. Before getting to the camp, you’ll stop to take in the splendor of a sunset in the middle of the Sahara desert before going there. Following dinner, you’ll enjoy some berber music while taking in the starry sky. Camp in the desert for the night.
We will begin this day by rising early to take in one of the most breathtaking sunrises you have ever seen from the top of a dune in the Sahara desert and take in the splendor of the desert landscape. Following a nutritious breakfast, you will take a shower. The city of Rissani is where we’ll stop next there is a weekly market there we will travel on to Erfoud and stop by the factories that produce fossilized marble. Our next stop is Touroug, and from there we’ll head straight for the Tinjdad palm fields. We will arrive in Todra Gorges, one of the nicest locations in the High Atlas highlands, after an hour. This region is well-known to visitors, especially climbers, due to a river that runs alongside the canyon. You’ll have ample time to eat lunch, take in the stunning scenery, and, of course, take a little stroll along a river. Next, we’ll head to Dades Valley, also known as the Fig Valley. After breakfast, we will begin this day’s activities with breathtaking views of the Dades Valley from a unique location in the highlands. We will then travel to Marrakech through the Road of a Thousand Kasbahs, stopping first at the Roses Valley and then in the Skoura Palm Grove. After that, we’ll travel to Ouarzazate to photograph the Taourirt kasbah. moreover the movie studios and the movie museum. After that, we’ll travel to see Morocco’s most renowned and historic Kasbah. At this point, you’re undoubtedly hungry, so we’ll give ourselves enough time to enjoy a healthy lunch. It’s the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou. Before reaching Marrakech, you will appreciate the vistas of the mountains as you go on to the high Atlas mountains Marrakech overnight stay.
The purpose of today is to see Marrakech with a local tour guide. You will begin your tour at the renowned Jamaa El Fna and Koutoubia mosque, both of which are UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Next, you will go to the bahia and baddi palaces, two of the city’s oldest structures, and you will also stop by an ancient medrassa by the name of Iben Youssef Marrakech is renowned for its traditional souks, which resemble webs. Lunch at a neighborhood eatery. You will visit Yves Saint Laurent and the Majorelle Garden following lunch. You will then get some free time to explore the city on your own. same riad for the night.
