Description
The tour starts at 9:00 am, we all meet at the Jardín Etnobotánico entrance, from there we will go to Hierve el Agua, since this trip is longer than an hour we will do a quick stop at a traditional bakery that is 45 min away from the city center. We will have a bread tasting and you will have 15 min to get a snack, go to the bathroom or just to strecth your legs.
Once in Hierve el Agua you will have two hours to explore and enjoy this place, we suggest you to have food before the mezcal tasting, you can either eat at hierve el agua (street food, only cash) or at a restaurant buffet ($200 mx per person not drinks included, cards and cash).
Our last spot to visit will be a mezcal distillery where you will learn the process to make mezcal, you will visit a plantation of agave espadín and at the end we will have a mezcal tasting.
