Day 1.

Arrival Airport Transfer Service. 1400hrs Tour Starts. Check-in The Lime Tree Hotel

Tour start and proceed to Kuching City for sightseeing. Tour include a visit to the era of the White Rajahs to the present day. Visit the world renowned Sarawak Museum and the Brooke Legacy (White Rajahs) - Square Tower, Astana (The Palace) and the Court House. There is also the Cat Monument, Tua Pek Kong - Chinese Temple, the old State Mosque and one of the hottest leisure spots in the City, the Kuching Waterfront Esplanade – with views across to the Astana and Fort Margherita. The narrow, bustling streets near the river are crammed with ornate temples, markets, historic buildings and traditional Chinese shop houses selling local handicrafts.

Proceed Next - Sarawak Sunset Cruise

‘Sarawak Sunset River Cruise’ at 05:30pm in the Kuching Waterfront Esplanade and cruise for 1 ½ hour on the Sarawak River which provides the unique insight of the riverine of the life of Kuching. With a full view of Astana – former residence of the ‘Rajah Brooke’ and now the Governor’s residence. We will cruise by the ‘Satok Bridge’ before returning to Kuching City. Never miss the Parliament House. This stunning building which stood majestic on the banks of the muddy Sarawak River in downtown Kuching will never miss your sight. The constant changing of this living scenery gives you the best picture of the history and lifestyles in Kuching. The river cruises and the ‘tambangs – small house like boats used for ferrying locals across the river’ give you an unobstructed view of the city and its surroundings that impossible to experience from dry land. Enjoy the traditional dance performance before disembark.

Day 2.

Breakfast at Hotel

Bako National Park, the oldest and one of the most popular national parks in Sarawak, offers the perfect introduction to Sarawak's forest and wildlife. It contains a wide range of vegetation, jungle streams, waterfalls, interesting plant life, trekking trails and coastlines covered with small bays, coves and beaches. Visitors can see wildlife such as proboscis monkeys, long-tailed macaques, Borneo bearded pigs, monitor lizards, etc. You will be able to experience almost desert-like scrub or "padang" on the plateau to lowland dipterocarp forest. Erosion has left some remarkable rock formations such as the famous Sea Stack (sandstone formation). Retunr to Hotel. Free at Leisure

Day 3.

Breakfast at Hotel

Proceed for a 20 minutes’ drive to Semenggoh Wildlife Centre. The Centre is the biggest Orang Utan Rehabilitation Centre in Sarawak that established in 1975 as a sanctuary for the injured and orphaned Orang Utans. These animals are trained or re-trained to survive in their natural habitat. They learn how to forage for natural food and build nests in the trees. However there are few that will never re-learn their wild skills due to their long association with and resulting dependence on humans. Take a walk on the trails and try to spot semi-wild Orang Utans. There are feeding times scheduled every day at the feeding platform. However always bear in mind that the main aim of the Centre is to return these animals back into their habitat. Do not be disappointed if you do not see any roaming the jungles or coming back to feed as this means they are able to forage on their own and do not need human assistance.
