The distance between Nairobi and Amboseli National Park is 250 km (140 miles). Almost 5 hours driving time depending on traffic conditions.
You will have a stopover at Emali town, there is a curio shop you can by some souvenirs, have a breakfast in case you didn't manage to take breakfast at your hotel.
After the short break, you will now leave the Nairobi Mombasa highway and start driving towards the Amboseli National park.
You will arrive at the park at around 9:00 am and immediately start enjoying your game drive.

You will be dropped at the hotel or at the Airport incase your flight is scheduled for that night.
