One of the highlights of our tour was visiting a local school. The joy in the children's eyes I will never forget. We walked through rice fields, guided by a local boy who showed us vanilla, cocoa beans, peanuts and so much more! Lunch with a local family was another unforgettable experience where we were warmly welcomed into their home. Our visit to a local tribe was particularly special. Filan's respectful and sincere approach allowed us to meet with the tribal members. I felt privileged to witness their way of life by Filan's exceptional translation. Filan is not just a tour guide but a passionate advocate for his people, working tirelessly to support the local economy and enhance their well-being. We had loads of fun snorkelling and viewing the breathtaking sights Nusa Penida had to offer. Our guide, Gede, was a gem, very informative and helpful. He would get in lines to get our pictures taken hence saving us the time and effort of waiting in the sun. One thing to note however, we didnt see any mantas while snorkelling in manta bay, in fact there was a lot of trash there. Also in other snorkelling sites we got stung by hoards of small jellyfish so be cautious of that. Most of us powered through it but some others had a tough time with it. Regardless, it was still a great experience and a day well spent.  Hide review
