The itinerary takes you through some of Ghana’s most significant wildlife conservation areas, including Mole National Park, Kakum National Park, and Zaina Lodge. You will have the opportunity to see a range of wildlife, including elephants, primates, birds, and butterflies, and interact with the local people to learn about their culture and way of life.
The tour begins in Accra, where you will be greeted by your tour guide and transferred to your hotel for check-in. After an evening briefing and orientation, you will begin your adventure with a visit to the Kakum National Park.
From Kakum, you will travel to Cape Coast to visit the Cape Coast Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that played a significant role in the transatlantic slave trade. You will spend the night in Cape Coast before departing for Mole National Park the next day.
At Mole National Park, you will have the opportunity to see a wide range of wildlife, including elephants, antelopes, baboons, and warthogs, and take part in activities such as guided walking safaris, game drives, and birdwatching. You will also visit the Mole Motel Cultural Centre to learn about the culture and traditions of the local people.
After your stay at Mole National Park, you will visit the Larabanga Mosque, one of the oldest mosques in West Africa, and the Mystic Stone, a natural rock formation that has cultural significance to the local people. You will then travel to the luxurious Zaina Lodge, located in the heart of Mole National Park, where you will have the opportunity to relax and enjoy the lodge’s facilities, including a swimming pool and spa.
You will have a full day to enjoy the facilities at Zaina Lodge or take part in activities such as a guided walking safari, game drive, or birdwatching. In the afternoon, you will visit Mognori Village, where you will interact with the local people and learn about their way of life.

Day 1: Accra Arrival
Upon arrival at Kotoka International Airport, you will be greeted by your tour guide and transferred to your hotel in Accra. After check-in, you will have an evening briefing and orientation about the tour. You will spend the night at your hotel in Accra.
Day 2: Kakum National Park and Cape Coast
After breakfast, you will depart for Cape Coast. You will visit the Kakum National Park, a tropical rainforest that is home to a diverse range of wildlife. You will have the opportunity to walk on the canopy walkway, which is suspended over 100 feet above the forest floor. You will also have a guided tour of the park to see different species of primates, birds, and butterflies. After your visit to the park, you will proceed to Cape Coast to visit the Cape Coast Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that played a significant role in the transatlantic slave trade. You will stay overnight in Cape Coast.
Day 3: Mole National Park
You will depart Cape Coast after breakfast and travel to the northern part of Ghana to Mole National Park. Mole National Park is the largest and oldest national park in Ghana, with a wide variety of wildlife, including elephants, antelopes, baboons, and warthogs. Upon arrival, you will check into your hotel and have lunch. In the evening, you will take a guided walking safari to observe the wildlife. You will spend the night in Mole National Park.
Day 4: Mole National Park
You will have a full day to explore Mole National Park, with activities that include guided walking safaris, game drives, and birdwatching. You will also visit the Mole Motel Cultural Centre to learn about the culture and traditions of the local people. You will spend another night in Mole National Park.
Day 5: Larabanga mosque and Mystic Stone
After breakfast, you will visit the Larabanga Mosque, one of the oldest mosques in West Africa. You will also visit the Mystic Stone, a natural rock formation that has a cultural significance to the local people. After your visit, you will return to your hotel in Mole National Park for lunch and relaxation. In the evening, you will have another guided walking safari to observe the wildlife. You will spend the night in Mole National Park.
Day 6: Tamale and Zaina Lodge
After breakfast, you will depart Mole National Park and travel to Tamale, the capital city of the Northern Region. You will visit the Tamale Cultural Centre to learn about the culture and traditions of the people of the Northern Region. Afterward, you will proceed to the Zaina Lodge, a luxurious lodge located in the heart of Mole National Park. You will have the rest of the day to relax and enjoy the lodge's facilities, including a swimming pool and spa. You will spend the night at Zaina Lodge.
Day 7: Zaina Lodge and Mognori Village
You will have a full day to enjoy the facilities at Zaina Lodge or take part in activities such as a guided walking safari, game drive, or birdwatching. In the afternoon, you will visit Mognori Village, where you will interact with the local people and learn about their way of life. You will spend the night at Zaina Lodge
Day 8: Departure
After breakfast, you will check out of the lodge and travel back to Accra. You will have lunch in Tamale before continuing to the airport for your departure flight.
