Meeting Point

• Outdoor Center Baumgarten, where each participant receives their personal canyoning gear: wetsuit, specialized canyoning harness, helmet, and descender. Optional professional canyoning shoes available for a €5 rental fee.

Requirements

• Minimum age: 16 (with guardian or written consent from parents)
• Swimming ability
• Normal physical and mental health
• No heart or circulatory issues
• No alcohol or drug use
• Previous canyoning or abseiling experience is recommended but not required

Equipment Tips

• Sturdy ankle-high shoes with good grip (trail shoes or hiking boots), suitable for water
• Swimwear for under the wetsuit
• Towel
